Great app. Had some issues setting it up. I wasn't familiar on how to add it to my store. Spoke to Ella and she walked me through step by step on how to add it.

We had some urgent issues with installation, and some other issues to. We received immediate support by Borya, who solved problems immediately and answered all the questions. For now, everything works and looks pretty easy to use

The best App to translate a Shopify store. Staff they are very professional and they answer any question in 5 min. I was working with Ella and Susie and they help me to integrate the App to my store . GTranslate is working 100% after i try 5 different Apps. I am using GTranslate on my other website build on WordPress and is working perfect . After 2 years on Shopify this is my first review . Thank you GTranslate and i will love to work with you on different projects.

Very satisfied with the team, Tigran, Ella and Rafael have been great. I chose 1 language, granted probably the most difficult language but they've been there through the whole process even when we had some problems with several pages not translating. I didn't want to let them know because I wanted to see what type of service they're offering, but I'm looking to add more languages within a month or two and upgrade to 2 to 3 more languages along with the extras they offer within the app. Hopefully the service and the standard of quality care they showed is followed through when I add more languages and upgrade to their services they offer within the app.

Just installed - Support so far excellent. Ella quickly sorted out a problem I was having with the installation. If the app is as good as the service so far it'll be great

The app is really good and the custom service was really hepful, in my case the one that helped was Susie. If you want to translate your website, this is a really good option.

I haven't got time enough to experiment with the translations, but I must say the support team is AMAZING! They have a life chat and replied in 1 minute! I talked to Ella, Elmira and Rafael. They all are very nice.

You know this app and team are just so exceptional. This is the first app I'd download to any store. In fact it's the reason we converted to Shopify. Seriously. Multi language capabilities is so important for our store. This app automates the switchover, supports every language known to man, and works so well. Seriously, that it's free too is amazing. Soon we'll be going paid not because we need any of the top tier features but because we want to support excellent developers. PS Ella was amazing. Thank you! Just for fun, can you guys introduce some mythical languages like klingon or valaryian? Haha
