It is now 4 months we are using this app and it does just great. Support is also fantastic. Quality of the translations is great. Overall I am very satisfied. ### Updated review It is now 1 year that I am using this app, and I can only confirm that it works great! Time to time I am adding apps that require some support from GTranslate. And like always the support team is there! I have had the pleasure being support by Rafael, Tigran, and more recently by Sergey. All of them did an outstanding job! I can only recommend this app.

Ap is amazing and support is realy kind and amazing. Amazing Ella help me to change widget appiriance and set this to my theme. I strongly recomended this app !

Unfortunately Bulgarian language does not translate well but with many errors and grammar mistakes.

Horrible support with horrible translations for a paid app ($17.99 a month). I speak 3 languages and my wife 4, none of the languages that we finally!!! got the app to translate were even close to being acceptable. Google translate does better than this. In top of that, you have to go through a lot of work with your DNS settings on the domain side to grant access for this crappy app to work???? In this day and age where most apps are server loaded who thinks it is ok to provide this "service"? Would not recommend.

I change my review to 0 stars, in one month these guys have put 2 serious bugs on my website, making it impossible to order through the french website (which is more than 40% of sales.) They are not even notifying you when there is a bug, you have to check every page of your shop every day to be sure it's working with their service. I truly not recommend this app, it's not reliable.

Thank you for your fast help in the chat Lilit... It was a little difficoult for me to set up but there was good soport. The web look great now in different languages!

I like the app but doesn’t have more options to customize the translation icon, also the application dashboard Has a lot of details which make me very confused and not fit to the screen size

Perfect costumer service, Ella, walked me through everything I need and fixed my problems quickly. I'll hope their support will remain like this it is extremely important to me as a Shopify app user.

So far so good, the app works as intended and looks reliable, any problems I've had were quickly resolved via Suzy from support, which is very quick to respond and help!
