Obviously I needed an easy translation for my shop pickup78.com. First steps were easy to get it work. But I thought it might be nicer to have the language selector integrated into the theme (prestige) Borya from G | translate was very helpful, professional and quick. Did everything to my full satisfaction! Thanks again. I must say I haven't used the app for too long yet to say too much about the functionality in depth, but right now I would definitely recommend it.

Thank you so much for your patience:Susanna. Because we changed a theme,we can't see the muti-langeuage showing on our website. We changed the format,text color,backgroud again and again until we are satisfied.

Support is great, I had many... I mean MANY questions, and they helped with each one of them. Ella was nice to talk to and did exactly what I ask for. Nice support, they answer fast. I installed it before in a free version and skipped to another app with a different approach. No i switched back to gtranslate with a bilingual paid plan. So far i am happy. if there were two translations included it would we best !! Support is fast and willing to help you. I talked to Ella and she helped immediately. Thanks and waiting for the second translation XD

Some things could be done easier. For example, I cannot create the rule for a 2-character word, so I have to change it manually everywhere. The selector could have more design options. Still, it's a good app provided that it's based on a Google Translate engine. I had an issue with relocating the selector on top to the header row. Their support on behalf of Susanna, Elen, and Ella was very helpful in terms of correcting all my remarks to my satisfaction. I didn't give 5 stars as it feels like there are some things that could be improved. Still, the app is reliable enough and worth installing.
