An amazing app. User friendly and very easy to use. But more importantly customer support was outrageous. Ripas was really helpful and resolved A LOT of issues related to the layout. Borya carried on after Ripas' shift finished. Honestly speaking they provided excellent support spending hours with me online resolving all my requests. Elen was also of great help and assistance! Thanks a lot Ripas, Borya and Elen! Very quick responses, efficient, effective and extra friendly!

Great, this app is super! it translate into all languages which is main important for an international ecommerce

Very good APP. It translated in multiple languages in a matter of minutes. Language translations is quite good although every now and then it's necessary to fine tune it. Great and prompt support too!

Great experience translating my website with G Translate. Arshak was available for all the issues I encountered to help me.

I really love this app. It allows me to expand my customer base without language barriers. Customer service even relocated the language drop bar to the middle of the page on my mobile and computer device to make it easily accessible. Great investment!!

This app is great, it takes a little bit to get used to but the help is amazing and very helpful and they answer quick! Thank you Susanna and Ripa!

The paid version of G-Translate is good to translate the whole store including the checkout page but not the whole liquid code. If you, like me, are trying to combine this app with translated emails and/or Upsell Apps with the translated trigger templates I do NOT recommend this App. Firstly I had some bugs during the installation process using the DEBUT THEME (very well know liquid code) and the G-translate team was amazing in helping to solve most of them: -Elen helped me to fix an issue related to the dropdown G-Translate button and gave me some nice advice. -Arshak helped me to fix an issue related to the bugging product images and also fixed another translation that I didn't notice. The whole staff of G-Translate was very kind and helpful during the installation process and because of their help, I give 3 Stars. On the other hand for the G-Translate application, I do NOT give ANY star because I lost 1 week trying to get the whole sore translation fully working and it still does not work properly. Right now my company is moving to another FREE app that we've tested and know for sure that covers all these translation issues that the PAID version of G-Translate do NOT cover.

I just installed this app only a few days ago. It works great. If you are not familiar with coding, you might need help setting up the app. Once you set it up correctly, it works really well. Susanna & Elen were extremely helpful. They were with me every step of the way. Susanna and Elen basically set everything up for me. I definitely recommend this app. Special thanks to Susanna and Elen!

Obviously I needed an easy translation for my shop pickup78.com. First steps were easy to get it work. But I thought it might be nicer to have the language selector integrated into the theme (prestige) Borya from G | translate was very helpful, professional and quick. Did everything to my full satisfaction! Thanks again. I must say I haven't used the app for too long yet to say too much about the functionality in depth, but right now I would definitely recommend it.
