Support is great, I had many... I mean MANY questions, and they helped with each one of them. Ella was nice to talk to and did exactly what I ask for. Nice support, they answer fast. I had another issue recently, nothing was working and I was getting desperate! the developer, went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I am eternally appreciative, great customer service.

I installed it before in a free version and skipped to another app with a different approach. No i switched back to gtranslate with a bilingual paid plan. So far i am happy. if there were two translations included it would we best !! Support is fast and willing to help you. I talked to Ella and she helped immediately. Thanks and waiting for the second translation XD

Some things could be done easier. For example, I cannot create the rule for a 2-character word, so I have to change it manually everywhere. The selector could have more design options. Still, it's a good app provided that it's based on a Google Translate engine. I had an issue with relocating the selector on top to the header row. Their support on behalf of Susanna, Elen, and Ella was very helpful in terms of correcting all my remarks to my satisfaction. I didn't give 5 stars as it feels like there are some things that could be improved. Still, the app is reliable enough and worth installing.

This app is really good, translations are almost perfect and support is great. I want to thank a lot Ella and Ripa as they have been able to correct the visual defects of the widget directly into my website. I plan to take the paid version as I haven't found better so far.

what I like about GTranslate is the app ability to converted the entire store, Policies and all into multiple languages all from the dropdown, no limit on word and the support staff replies very quickly. very good app.

This app is extremely easy to use. With one click I translated my shopify mountain bike parts site (www.monkamoo.com) to multiple languages. I also subscribed to the business plan for $27.99/month so that it enhances my SEO. Ripa set up my entire list of languages for me. It was excellent cutomer service. Now I can reach all over the world in native language. Look forward to continuing this partnership.

I had the issue that my footer disappeared when I installed the language picker. I contacted the support and got a super fast answer and solution by Arshak. Now everything works and I'm happy.
