This app deserves a 5 star not only for the actual app for for customer service as well. I had some problems with a 3rd party app not producing a proper JSON and that app prevented GTranslate to work properly. Arshak from support not only was very helpful but he fixed the problems on that 3rd party app so everything would work perfect. Exceptional work!

Elen was very patient and helped us solve a lot of problems. It would be better if the APP can translate the language more accurate

Very easy to use, you can edit text straight on page. Had some issues installing and Elen from customer support was very helpful, answer time was unexpectedly quick

It changes the price form. to, when I use french. it keeps freaks my client out. any combine with auto currency switch also bugged

I have recently installed this app and have so far found it to do everything it claims to do, the installation is simple and intuitive. I needed to get some support from the GTranslate team as some of my existing theme settings were altering how I wanted my widget to be placed and its appearance. Ripa from their support team has just provided me with a bespoke solution that has integrated the widget seamlessly into an existing button grouping and it looks great. I used the App, it has not the best way of translation for Hungarian specifically, but anything works fine. The customer support is excellent! I always received support in time in a fast timely manner. The sub-domein feature of Gtranslate is a good solution for building multilingual websites if you have the knowledge to corrigate the AI translations for some specific languages such as Hungarian. Great! I recommend to use it! Thanks to Ella, my tech issues has been also quickly resolved.

there is a trouble when i choose translate to Japanese, it shows that Safari cannot open the webpage because the server cannot be found. Can you solve this problem for me? Thanks:) Elen solved this problem for me !

I've only been using the app for a week but just for the support team, you should definitely chose this app. The live chat is a gift from heaven (no cap) and the team will solve your problems in a matter of minutes! My girl Rita was a big help for customization, thanks a lot again!!

Just installed this app to translate our e-shop. The interface is basic but very functional and works very good ! Many thanks to Elen who helped out in the setup !! I would recommend it

A good choice for a translation app. The AI for translating text is surprisingly good. The features "Skyp translation of phrases" and "replaced in translated HTML" are very helpful. Great choice, very economic if you only need to translate to a second language. Not everything is perfect and smooth there are just some minor glitches with the cache. For example, sometimes, corrections that you have already made are not updated in 'edit mode'. The downside is that sometimes you edit a text that has already been edited. Easy solution, better to work in safe mode ;) Customer service is great. Every step of the way, I have had help from Suzan in another project and from Ella in this project. Keep it up, fix the glitches. Congratulations

I used this App for about 2 months. The customer Service are very slow and take all the time to answer questions. Application is really bad, the widget did not stop bugging. Flags appearing by itself. The language selector is not easy to integrate, specially on Tablets. They start accusing Shopify Theme. They almost made me spend a lot money on a experts for their own language selector. I have lost time by asking community help, a developper on the community came to confirm what Shopify finally told me. It was the App issues. The selector was stuck on the next section of the page on cellphone view. And instead of scrolling down, I end it up with a selection which was hiding the selector by itself. And at the end no languages could be selected anymore from the language selector. It was taking time to switch from a language to an other. To top of it. I ended up with all the texts on my website flashing back and forth from English to French once I decided to remove the app. And guess what? The customer service was denying their responsibility in this matter while I have a video of it, video that wish would have liked to share with you on this review, but Shopify does not allow me because no attachment field provided.

I really like this app, customer care is very helpful. I had a problem and Arshak, Susanna and Ripa really help me and solved it in a few minutes

On the free version, do the job and what expected Special mention to the support especially Susanna who was very helpful and quick answer and help
