Anyatra was amazing. She was very patient and very helpful to me. She got me the results i wanted and stayed with me the entire time to make sure i was satisfied, She also walked me through the steps twice just to make sure I was able to remember how to do properly do each step. She is a great helper and a great patient teacher.

We have just started using the app, the free version for now, with 10 products. Although complex, it is clear and easy to use, and it works well. We've already had our first sales through Etsy, syncing with Shopify has been completely problem free. The customer service chat is prompt and responsive. So far my impression is perfect!

I have been using the CedCommerce application for a couple of weeks now. As a new user, there is a lot to learn about how the app works. I requested that they give me a show-and-tell session to explain how to set things up correctly. Their customer service support is excellent, responsive, and helpful. Anyatra, you are a star!

I had just begun using the app a day or two ago and received a kind e-mail asking if I needed assistance as I hadn't finished posting my listings. This was a great reminder that I needed to finish up. When I ran into a snag on the app (my own fault), I contacted support and they squared me away very quickly! I had a problem with a few listings getting published on Etsy and reached out to the customer service chat. Adarsh helped me immediately and solved my problem in just minutes. So helpful! Love the service so far.

So far so good. What I like most about this app is that ability to update pricing and inventory. But it's alot more than just that. I will sync what you want and not sync what you don't want. For example, I want to sync price and inventory, but not Title and description. I write a different description and title Etsy. There are alot of settings to go through, but pretty easy to do. The help is very helpful and friendly, they seem very anxious to help. Overall, I think it's a great app for selling shopify products on etsy. I have not found any problems yet.

Really Really great Customer service. Always online and super quick to respond with screenshots and support. There are a few glitches that are frustrating but overall an incredibly smooth well designed app. Has nearly every feature I would want and it all actually works. The setup is hard to learn but the customer service will always help you. A bit on the pricier side but you can't find anything this well made for this. Small issues: Formatting in text gets screwed up, so you have to go into each listing to edit description My dimensions aren't getting added to etsy but according to them it's an etsy issue. Sometimes the variations don't add, and you have to check.

The integration is smooth and the customer service is great! There is a great benefit to having Etsy run along side our Shopify store. We are very happy. Thank you!

I really love this app! It saves so much time and everything works smooth and easy. If you have any issues, they have a super quick great customer service that helps you immediately with anything! I highly recommend this app - worth every penny!
