I've used this app on several of our websites and it's fantastic! The thing that sets this apart is the 5* service. There have been a few things that haven't made sense to me and you get a lightening fast response 24/7 through live chat, none of this waiting around for hours on end! Highly highly recommend

Just too expensive, otherwise would give 5 stars. Works really well, but the volume of orders doesn't warrant the monthly cost. Maybe I'll come back as business grows

I needed help with syncing from Etsy to 3rd party. Customer service provided a on the spot live screenshot and video to answer my question at the time of live chat. AMAZING customer service!

So far I really like it. I have noticed my items going into completely wrong categories in Etsy, however. ie..my listing for womens jeans was being put into "neck corsets"? it took me some time to go in and redo every single listing and put it in the right category. Otherwise it's a huge time saver. Another bonus would be if the app could automatically configure your first photo to fit the etsy format. It tends to cut off the top and bottom part of non square photos so I have had to go in and change all my preview images.

Some of the workings of the app are a bit confusing to me BUT, their online help as always been fantastic! I've reached out multiple times and I give 5 stars always for their support!

If you have any doubts about using the integration app, do the free 10 product a month version. I am already making a profit and the staff is so friendly and helpful so I definitely recommend it.

This app plays such an important part in keeping my Shopify products synched with my Etsy store! Recently I had to remove some of my products and the friendly Customer Service rep showed me the auto delete setting that needed to be ticked. Every time I’ve contacted Customer Service they’ve been really nice. This app works seamlessly in the background, I definitely recommend it!

This is the best app I found for keeping my Etsy and Shopify products in sync. Anytime I have a problem or a question, customer support is insanely fast and helpful. Shoutout to my man Adarsh for a customer service experience that goes above and beyond!
