The best app for Etsy no question about it. Developers are simply amazing and super experienced. The support is simply amazing fast and quickly resolve and customize and assist in everything. Highly recommended! This app does it so well and my sales has increased by 100% once I started using this app.

The app is very useful and it saves me a lot of time, although I think it can be improved. For example, have the possibility to delete products manually from the product section of the app which for the time being not possible. Also, I think the interface can be improved the product section is a bit messy, hard to navigate and view the products. But overall it does the job and saves time.

The app was a bit overwhelming/confusing at first. But customer support was very fast and very helpful (and patient with me). Thanks to their customer support I better understand how to setup everything and now my Etsy and Shopify Store have synced listings and tracks my inventory as orders come in. It is also great that I can update Shopify and then have Etsy synced to reflect the changes (instead of manually doing this work twice).

None of the orders show correct status. You would think there would be some sort of easily visible "Refresh" button...but nope. Plan prices are decently fair but the number of orders they allow is heavily skewed for someone like me who sells a lot of $5-$10 products. If I had the spare time, I would absolutely build my own version of this app because it could be heavily improved and it seems as though enough people are paying for it to make it worth my time. And that's what happens when an entreprenuering engineer see's a poorly executed business idea...

It is really Great App. It helped me to increase my Etsy sales. And they have Great Customer Service!

I use the app to seamlessly upload my listings to etsy in bulk. I've always found it user-friendly and performs without glitches. When I used the live chat feature, the reps were friendly and helped me resolve quickly, it was so nice to talk to real person and not an automated service!

So far so good. I've tried three different apps to get various marketplaces synched and this one is the best. It's ideal for those who don't want to get bogged down in too much mapping technicalities. Plus they do another sync app for ebay. Maybe in future they could find a way to access the countless local auction sites in different countries :)

I had a really difficult time deleting some products and got on the chat for guidance. The rep was extremely helpful, fast and easy. A lot of other online chats they make you jump through hoops. It was really great to have someone help me. Especially, since I am not very tech savvy. Highly recommended.

This is probably the easiest way to upload Shopify products straight to Etsy. Plus, all of them sync just perfectly. Well done. Thumbs up!

This app has worked well for me and the customer service has been excellent. Any time I've needed help with something there is always someone available on the help chat and they very quickly solve the issue or question I have.

We needed a simple and reliable integration to bring our Etsy orders to Shopify. This app does just that! With excellent customer service from Mohd and the team, we synched just the products we needed from our small Etsy Shop, and now any new order automatically comes to Shopify. Very happy.

I have been very happy with all the help and prompt responses I've received. I just recently started my Shopify (with the hopes of leaving etsy/ebay one day). It's been a steep learning curve. Out of the things I have been learning and exploring, this app has been phenomenal. Things are explained to me with patience and clarity. Help seems to be always available. I would highly recommend this app in general, but especially if you're like me (afraid to cut the etsy cord). Inventory tracking and shipping consolidation.. chefs kiss! Kind of like training wheels. Plus I like the ability to select sequential plans as I grow.
