Wow, this app is extremely helpful with my Etsy order sync. A little hard to understand at first, but customer support is there ALL THE TIME!! This is sooo important for all businesses to just solve the problem and move on, not wait two days for an answer. I am so very, very pleased with the price and support!

Best part of the app: all Etsy orders now show up (duplicate) as Shopify orders, allowing them to be shipped and managed all together (Shopify is our prime marketplace). Customer service is very good with getting errors sorted - they actually do it for you, not just guide to a description / FAQ :)

Etsy Marketplace Integration is amazing! It is easy to use and they are available to help at any time! The app is very easy to use, and they provide a plethora of instructions with images! My favorite part about this app is that now ALL of my ETSY orders can be integrated RIGHT INTO SHOPIFY! I am so happy about this! This helps with other programs I may use since Etsy does not integrate with anyone. I can also control all of my products from one place as well. Shopify is my preferred platform and do conduct all business from there is such a relief!

This app has helped me connect my Shopify store to my Etsy store and so far it's working well and has provided everything I was looking for. The customer support is top notch. You're instantly connected and provided with help and answers. I feel setting it up was fairly easy, but I did have some questions and they were there to help walk me through the set up. So far the syncing with inventory across both platforms has been working well for me. Other apps like this had lots of issues and I feel like this one I can rely on and won't allow me to accidentally oversell. That was a big worry of mine. It's definitely worth doing the free trial at least so you can get your feet wet and see if it will work for you as well.

Customer service is very quick to respond and help. The app works perfectly. I only ran into an issue today for the first time and customer service solved it in less than 5 minutes.
