The app is very user-friendly, and I was able to easily import products from my Shopify store and publish them to Etsy. Also, the live chat feature is great as I'm able to get instant help to resolve issues with the app.

Thank you to the customer service team for helping out. They’re great over WhatsApp. Problem resolved overnight and we’re very happy. Also happy with the integration from shopify to Etsy, it’s worked a treat!

Anyatra provided excellent customer service, the app works well but it's not very intuitive to set up - however customer service makes up for this.

I'm currently setting up CedCommerce for the Etsy Integration and the customer service has been amazing.

Over the holidays I expanded my brand's reach by launching an Etsy store using CedCommerce for the integration. It was fairly straightforward. I'm still learning the ins and outs, and this is where CedCommerce really stands out, as soon as I have a question or need assistance their customer service chat is right there to help. Response time has been outstanding. I'm giving four stars for now, as I don't believe I've utilized the full potential of the app, but I could see a future 5-star review.

So far the App has been great, saves a lot of time uploading products. The order managment side has also been great, the error function has worked really well so you know when orders have not come thur properly which has always been our fault missing sku's etc. customer support has been very quick and helpful though only had to use it once as the app seems to be fairly easy to use. I would recommend this app, just make sure things are orgaise well in shopify before you do the bulk upload.

Highly recommend utilizing this app; Customer Service is top notch, prompt response, efficient , and 24/7 support with immediately offering to meet virtually and show step by step on how to navigate various features.

Good app - on boarding is a little wonky if you have a larger catalog. They should allow you to import the whole catalog without extra fees especially if you are switching platforms. This has been a great app in the meantime. There is room for improvement in editing and bulk editing items and prices and there should be drop down lists for filters but the data is always accurate and timely.

Fast service to resolve any issues. Helpful customer service agents.. Great tool, easy to use for Etsy

Adarsh is the BEST! He was very knowledgeable and handled my issue quickly and efficiently. Syncing with Shopify was fairly easy, and the orders flow smoothly with quick payouts.

A Must have application if you also sell at Etsy. It really works and do the boring service for you. Support is really fast. Recommended.

Perfect app works exactly like I expected! Their support is very fast and amazing. I had an issue where I didnt understand how to use something and they got on a Google meetup video call and showed me how to fix it.
