Ritik Rajput was great. He was able to guide me through steps that I missed and give me information that tells me you need a new technical writer on the automatic answers section. Variants made in Etsy cannot be transferred into Shopify. Good to know... Thanks Ritik!

Shikha Chaturvedi was super helpful, she agreed to a google meet and patiently talked me through the process. When I had difficulty she took over where required and explained what was done and how this will help moving forward. The app does require a little input in the beginning but once its set up in place then it works well
