We swapped over to this app from another one and it is amazing!! Would 100% recommend, does so much more than the other apps and the support is fabulous. I had a few custom changes that I wanted to make and support were straight onto it.

The app is very difficult to set up. They even make the guidelines very difficult. What more ridiculous is that they charge $20 to set up for you.

Really AAA+ support! Goes the extra mile totally, fixed so much stuff and customized a lot off things on my website. Looks great now, I feel safe and good about finding a stable provider, been testing others and looking around but nah, This is the best one so far, and price is accepted with very nice layout overall and really top top support.

Firstly, the app does what it says it would do. and is quiet user friendly to use. Looks great as well. Support however is a bit delayed, had to sent out multiple emails. But they finally acme through. Overall - Recommended.

So far so good! I love what this app does. At first there was a malfunction, but it was quickly fixed and runs amazingly now. Definitely suggest this app.

Please do not install this app - it has led to major bugs and issues with my website which have still not been resolved. The developer installed code on my site in the early hours of the morning (due to time zone differences) and within a couple of minutes I became inundated with spam emails saying items were out of stock when they weren't. I have now 3 other known issues on my site and despite removing the app and adding security apps there appears to be little else I can do. Shopify have been in contact and do not know what has happened and I am now going to have to spend money to get this resolved. Sales have fallen as my site has odd bugs and strange things going on, I really wish I had never installed this app at all

This app is really slow to solve problems, and the appearance of bugs is a headache.The reply to the email was really slow for a week and did not solve my problem.

Needed some custom fixing because my currency was not supported initially. Helped me out immediately with fixing the problem + customization. Excellent support

Prompt response to resolve my installation issues to my website. Still new with this apps and still exploring.

A good starting app for offering Cross Sell in store. So far this app has been really easy to use and has enabled us to serve a mix of generic and tailored product recommendations to all customers. The set up was easy and our development team had no problem integrating this into our theme. The Conversion Stats don't seem to be working which means we need to track the use via another method.

I used this app to recommend specific products on the product pages and it makes the user experience more meaningful. The backend selection of the related product is intuitive and user friendly too. Josh and his team were very responsive in the support in helping to resolve some issues that i needed for my website. Thanks!

Easy to implement related products/cross-selling app! Had a few questions of the team and they replied quickly and professionally, willing to listen and also willing to take suggestions. Definitely recommend this plug-in!

Cross Sell is very easy to set up and gives a perfect display of product recommendations to my customers

It works well and they are listening to suggestions. Right now it's not really practical for really big collections but I've made a few suggestions and they've added them on their roadmap so it already deserves 5 stars. It looks nice on the front end, with several options to match your theme.

Top top service by Josh. Made a video explaining, what I did not undertand.. App seems (after a couple of days) to be running great, and had a few sells from the app. It's a great way to draw the customers attention to whatever products you want their attention

Edit Feb 2019, partly due to me along with the designer, cross sell suffered as a result. Despite this issue being caused by ourselves, Josh was eager and quick to oblige, no hesitation the app was put right and put to work again. Good job as without cross sell our takings would drop. Thanks very much again team Since the upgrade I will be able to place my cross sells in to a carousal which will tidy my product pages up immensely, not to mention how I can place up sells in to the cart - such a boom The guys went out of their way to fix some code too, as the new theme had impacted on the previous version of cross sell Leaving me with no doubt that I have done the right thing to upgrade and carry on with cross sell

We changed theme and couldn't see how to move Cross Sell across - Josh was really helpful in making this work for us
