We have been using version 1 for a year now and just recently upgraded to version 2. Additional sales from using cross sell app have been amazing and customer support have been prompt - 5 stars!

Updated May 30, 2018: Just stopped by to let you know this app just keeps getting better and the support is equal to none. We opened a ticket on a mobile display issue and did not get the follow ups on the auto-reply. They came to our shop and sent us a direct message so we could communicate. Now that's Customer Support! The app looks gorgeous on all the themes we have used and some are not that easy to work with. Thank you, Josh! on Oct 15, 2014: Awesome app and developer! We could not be happier with the results. Shopify told us this app was causing major issues with our store – we left an honest review and reached out to the developers through shopify. We also left our initial 5 star review visible below in good faith as working with Stuart in 2017 had been amazing and we hadn’t had issues with the app before. My team and I were rather taken aback by the overall tone of the emails we received from Josh regarding ‘customers qualms’ when referring to our major issue, but we tried to put it down to his own frustration with Shopify itself. Shopify now believes the app is not at fault. As clients we have little to go on other than what Shopify tells us. We have always loved the app – that is why we didn’t uninstall it as the guru had initially urged us to. We are however very disappointed with how this extremely frustrating situation was handled by Cross Sell’s customer service when communicating directly with us. Their frustration should have been directed at Shopify who named their app the issue rather than us, the customer. . --------- 5 star review Stuart went above and beyond - i have a custom theme that many people tell me stops integrations of apps but oh no Stuart got it working - tried multiple layouts until we found the one that worked the best. Amazing customer servers. Brilliant product - I'm so excited to showcase related products to my clients ... and for the price, wow pretty impressed! I will be a long term customer.

Their support sucks!!! I've written 3 emails in last 15 days, but they never replied. Along with it, their conversion tracking stats never pop's up any data. I'd recommend not to use it.

I added this to my website as the standard Shopify theme didn’t have the the functionality to pick what other products my customer might like at the bottom of each product page. It’s a brilliant app. Highly recommend. Cross sell installed it for me for free and the functionality is so easy to navigate around!

I've been using an older version of this app for a couple of years on another site I manage. I've looked at other cross-sell apps over the years and again for a new site I'm working on and didn't find any to be as robust as this one. I needed a bit of help with getting things just right on the Mr. Parker theme and Josh got that set up in no time. A neat app that provides really flexible customisation of cross-sell items. We contacted Support over a configuration issue and got really quick feedback and a resolution customised to our site in quick time. Very happy and highly recommend!

2 weeks ago, we made an inquiry to the support team due to a price problem on our website, but we got no reply. With all these high ratings, we would expect more of a quicker response. EDIT: The support team has responded to us. We got a detailed explanation on how to fix our issue and everything is working fine now.

Excellent installation service - they integrated with my shop theme that I had purchased. And the app itself is very easy to use. I highly recommend it! Update: March 12, 2018 I installed a new app (NOT from this company), which really messed up my shop. Josh was amazing. Not only did he get Cross Sell working in my shop again, but identified other issues with my shop & explained how to resolve those issues.

By far the best service experience I have ever had on a Shopify App. Incredibly fast and competent customer service! 5 stars!

Easy to use, does exactly what I need it to do.

Love this app! It sure has been easy to set up their support is great and most importantly it has increased our average sale. My hope is that they will be able to add a hand picked Cart Cross Sell. Overall this app is great and we are happy!

The apps looks great. I haven't use it much yet but I can see the potential and how this will help to increase revenue. They have done the installation and config for me, which is great.

Love the simplicity of this app! We already feel like we have so much more control over what our customers see making it more relevant to what they want. Stuart and the team are pros and are super responsive. This was my initial review. However after some software updates the app ruined the thumbnail images on our product pages. What's worse is that we tried to reach out to Cross-Sell directly multiple times over a week and heard nothing back from them. It's a great App but we had to delete it as it was affecting our website and they had no support.

Great app and easy to use! Does everything I need it too and looks great! The support staff is excellent, super responsive and helpful with questions. They've gone above and beyond! I highly recommend it!

Price do not show up correctly. Missing last two digits from price. Im using ISK. Edit: Team answered my request fast, did not see it at first hence the bad review. They fixed the problem quickly. Works well now.

Big Ups to Chris & Josh from Cross Sell! Their app is easy to navigate for dumb and overworked business owners, and the best part is their customization service which makes all the difference in am Ecommerce world there the key to succeeding lies in the details on the store. Highly recommended!
