great app, i find the option of 'hand picking' cross sells really help with sales and a very helpful team who responds quickly : )

Had some issues due to our existing theme, support was *very* helpful & responsive and helped us setting the technical part up. The app itself is way easier to use than our previous solution, assigning products was a breeze. But here's the best part: only a short time after going live we already made the first sale through cross sell. Highly recommend!

Cross sell does exactly what it's supposed to do. We have 5k products, and related suggestions boosts our sales. The app is easy to use, and customization is quite easy as well. Their support and customer service is excellent as well. I've come to expect an e-mail response within a day of I have a question. A+

The app looks a little bit overwhelming at first and also they don't present the different plans. I reached customer support and d'Angelo was just amazing, within a few hours my whole store was set up. I look forward to see the results !

I've been using this app for YEARS in my shop. I had a VERY RARE circumstance were I had to contact Tech support last week. Henry contacted me RIGHT BACK! Great app with lots of flexibility. I have had it installed a few weeks and have seen an immediate increase in revenue. The support was awesome when I switched themes and had to get everything in working order.

Does what we wanted and more. Cross selling is a much needed feature, but to be able to analyse sales through cross selling with this app, is great for visual merchandising and for campaign activity.

I recently installed Cross Sell and ran into an issue. Petra from Cross Sell was great at helping me figure out what I needed to know. Now the app is installed and works so much better than the app I was using before. It's AI does a great job of recommending other products to my customers that are a natural fit with what they are looking at. Great product, great service, great price. Couldn't ask for more.

We have had Cross Sell running for around 3 years now. It is an app that we definitely cannot do without. Spending time and putting thought into relating products is well worthwhile, resulting in extra sales, and helps quite often to lift our average order value.

I've only been using this app for about 2 weeks now, but it has been great so far! My company has been looking for an app to Up-sell products on the cart page for a while now. This is the second app we have tried and it is significantly better than the pervious one we used. It is extremely user friendly and every time I have needed help, the Cross Sell customer support has been impeccable. They respond to messages the same day or next day at the latest and have helped me move the location of the cross sell bars on both the product pages and cart page. I am very pleased with how easy it is to use the app and how helpful the support team has been when I've needed anything!
