I have gone thru many apps that say they are cross sell, this app was the only one that was a true cross sell app, A to BCD, and B to ACD, all with the click of 1 button. Love that this app allows us to select specific upsell items per product, not just generic offerings. The support staff are always amazing. I've contacted them a few times and I've always found them friendly and very helpful.

Does what it says on the tin! Can easily see sales attributed to its features, making it much easier to justify the cost. Excellent support too.

Cross sell team are very helpful, although sometimes the time difference make the response slightly delay but otherwise very responsive. Apps are not the easiest to use, but it deliver the purpose that our store is looking for. The selling conversion is also higher than expected. Recommended.

I installed this app as it was recommended to us by another app. Unfortunately the support for the app is very slow and I am getting only 1 reply every 24 hours if I am lucky. Its been nearly a month since we installed the app and we are still yet to have a working feature which we are paying for. It could potentially be a good app, however I can't comment as I can not get any help from there team to actually get this up and running in our store. They also have a live chat feature within the app, however there is never anyone on the live chat and you are advised to send emails. Don't install this app unless you are willing to wait over a month for support if it doesn't work when first installing.

A great app to use for your store - gives you the opportunity to manually add recommendations & add ons across your site. As a new user of this app I have had the best support for the Cross Sell Support Team - they're happy to answer any queries and are quick to resolve any issues that may come up.

The app was easy to install and the cross sell support team were helpful in answering my questions. There were a few things that needed to be changed to suit our branding however this was done promptly :)

This app has perfectly transformed my website to allow customers to add items to smash and select upgrades for my rage room. I installed another third party app that interfered with the Cross Sell & Cart Upsell app. I sent a message to the Jorge, and their dev team added code to my store and fixed the issue. Their response time was fast too. Thank you Jorge and coders.

We have been using the Cross Sell app for a few months now and we have seen an increase on sales from it. We needed some help updating the app to show specific products and the customer service team was fast and helpful.

This is one of the best apps I use - it more than pays for itself. I love that it lets me hand-pick which items to suggest for each product. That helps my shop keep its small biz feel even though I'm using a big-biz tool.

The team help customize the a 2 column display on mobile.. The team promptly did this free of charge. :)
