Looking for FAQ widget. Avada surprised me with additional features too. Made my work so easy with wonderful features out of box for free. Searchable FAQs in chat is my favorite. **Update: App is very responsive, has everything needed and the customer service was wonderful- Highly recommend** So far the app seems to be just what I need- Although I just started playing around with it- Had 1 small hiccup, but customer service (Hakeem) was very quick and efficient in taking care of it!

We are just starting our online store and we needed a tool for the FAQ and online chat, we downloaded Avada and from the beginning we had an excellent experience. This brand has a few nifty apps and most are free! Their customer service is great and 24/7. I use to have their review app, but I took it out for personal reasons, but their whole ecosystem is really good! This app is simple and straight to the point. They even take their branding away for FREE! Most companies make you pay for that! Just an awesome company and service!

This is an awesome free app, simple to set up, its has CSS editor so I can make it look like it actually belongs on the site. I like the chat object, its exactly what I wanted. Nothing fancy, but awesome. Emily from Customer Service was also super helpful with anything I needed. I definitely recommend this app.
