This is an excellent customer service chat software with full functionality, and the customer service staff was quick and enthusiastic in helping me.

I had a problem with my translation and reached out to the Livechat Helpdesk, where i got great help from Hana, who was quick and supportive and now the translation is working perfectly!

Good app, glitches a bit, missing some features and customizations but support guys are active and helps to manage problems - Nikita and Charles did a great job. Until it's free, it is good, but if there will be fees in the nearest future there should be fixed many things.

I'm currently in the process of configuring Chatty for our store, and I am already impressed with the app's potential. The setup process has been smooth, thanks to the clear instructions and intuitive interface. A special mention to Audrey for her kindness and incredibly quick responses. Her support during this setup phase has been outstanding, ensuring that we get everything up and running without any hitches.

Perfect app for quick chat. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who's looking for a helpdesk, live chat and FAQ in a chat box for your website. I was facing a few technical issues from my end but Mia from the support team was very polite and helpful.

Firstly the app is great and so easy to use. I'm just setting up a new store and had a couple of really small appearance related queries. I was connected to Hana through their support team and she was awesome. Did everything I needed in double quick time. Great product, great support!
