No way of downgrading plan - watch out. I've tried to downgrade my plan to the free as our store is quite and I got in touch to tell me that it's their policy that I can't downgrade out of a free plan. Stay away.

App was pretty easy to install! I was having a bit of trouble uploading products so I contacted support and they were so patient and helpful. I am very new to Shopify so I had alot of questions. Ok so let me tell you... I get quickly frustrated with tech and it's all super overwhelming. I started with the free plan until I learn how to figure things out but we had over 200 products to upload. After a quick chat with Mannu and him explaining why I'm running into some of issues, I went ahead and upgraded and we hopped on a google meet call with screen sharing where he personally helped me set everything up in a matter of 15 minutes. And I should add, the free plan has been intergrading smoothly and quickly for several months now with Shopify and Shipping profile... they just stop syncing after the 50 orders lol so I'm happy to finally not worry about that. Highly recommend this!!!

Their Support is great, Mannu made it really easy for us to get this going. We tried historically to get onto Amazon but the old platforms werer very archaic and complex. This makes synching your inventory easy. Thank you.

The customer service told me only works on FIREFOX !!! I tried to use on Chrome and Safari without success, returns the error: "{"success":false,"code":"access_forbidden","message":"Access Forbidden"}"

It is really good, for a start, probably I will detect more of it's quality once we start using it extensively - this first phase was setting the basic parameters, which was done fast and easy with the good assistance from the CedCommerce support

Great support. I was able to solve my problem with no problems. I have learned the template method which is very helpful on the uploading of the products.

I don't always write review but this app , made me do it . I somehow think they set the app in sucha a way that no matter how hard you try to upload a product , you end up with errors then you are foced to contact them which give them the opportunity to tell you how they offer paid services to list products for you , so basically their support is meant to inform you that there is paid service which you should consider. Also their support takes way too long to get back to you if you contact them more than 3 times about errors they stop restgponding. No idea where they are getting all these good reviews from to be honest.
