Cedcommerce Amazon Channel.. I loved the functionality of this. It helps me to upload the products over amazon within a single day. I tried Amazon By Codisto and Shopify Marketplace Connect App and it did not help me to list a single product and is not as seamless as it was advertised whereas the functionality of Cedcommerce is very fluent. Response from the Support team is up to mark. I would rate 10/10 to CedCommerce.

Great support! Easy to integrate and set up and when I had a few errors with my product uploads, the support team was quick to respond and solved my problem within a few minutes! Saved me hours of additional troubleshooting. I haven't used other Amazon integration apps, but the support team here will definitely keep me from looking at other options!

Initially the app is great and does what you would expect it to do. The issues come later when the syncs are not consistent and do not update all your product and product listings. The suggested solution for me today was to manually sync inventory for products that have not synced in 5+ days. Why should one have to manually sync inventory on an app that is supposed to do this as an automated process? Support is there, but sometimes slow to respond and not super helpful even with detailed questions. For now, the app is still working for us, but there may be a search for a better alternative down the line.

i have used two API apps Codisto (Multichannel Connect) and CedCommerce so i found Cedcommerce best app over Multi connect app (Codisto). It allows me to sync my inventory, track sales, and manage orders all in one place. The customer support provided by CedCommerce is top-notch. Whenever I have encountered any issues or had questions, their team has been quick to respond and provide helpful solutions. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Working with the new technologies can sometimes be frustrating. Just when you need support, you can quickly get in touch with the support team. They respond quickly and the team members are patient and friendly. The app itself is more convenient than Amazon Seller Central itself. The app and the service is efficient and therefore recommendable.

Installed and worked with it, I had a question and they were really quick to answer. So far it is exactly what I was looking for. We shall see if I get the results I was looking for, but that would be on me and not the app which is great.

If I could give this app a 0 I would. After reaching out to 6 reps within the span of 4 days I was told either to update the template or I can pay them to fix it. I just felt it was a SCAM. This app doesn't have an FAQ nor does the reps honestly tell you the issue but that they "fixed it" and I would need to literally ask them a ton of times "what was wrong with it?" until they tell me the answer. I wanted to try this out for at least a week regardless of the issues I kept running into. For four days after continuously reaching out to Support my products were NEVER synced and published to Amazon. The most difficult issue was the Parent-Child Sku due to the variants I had. There's no option in this app to fix this. Unless you pay them to go in to your template and manually add it to you. And this is for a T-shirt.

This is an amazing sales channel with great support I would 100% recommend you to use this sales channel for yourself.

The application has had a few small issues, but support is very good. They respond quickly and resolve issues generally the same day. Easy to work with.

Unfortunely I have to delete this. There is no help with the chat, they are clueless. The item is listed on amazon and the app gives me an error. The app constantly gives errors on the items and won't sync. The person on chat has no idea what's going on. I gave them the item number and they're trying to work on an entirely different product. I have wasted 2 hrs of my time and when I told the person on chat, that it was the wrong product. They stopped chatting. I use to be a big fan of CedCommerce, but recently they are really going down hill. Nothing works anymore.

I am so new to this i'm embarrassed to admit to how much i don't understand or how to do. i messaged/chat the help and he was so awesome! He explained my issues and why. He did one of my problems with me and actually explained the why. I know like 10% of anything coding/computer and this help was so easy to understand. thank you for NOT making me feel like the town idiot even though i actually might be!
