Amazing customer service! All the staff members that I interacted with they gave me a lot of information on how to list my products. Especially Prashant he even went on a Google meeting call to solve my problems with dropshipping on Amazon. It was more than a 5 star customer service! Very pleasant experience with CedCommerce!

I recently took the initiative to integrate Amazon with my store by installing the app. As I navigate through the process of listing my products, I've been met with an exceptional level of customer service. The associates have consistently demonstrated their dedication and commitment to assisting users. Their availability around the clock, 24/7, is commendable and has been a significant factor in ensuring a smooth integration process for me. What has truly stood out, however, is the personalized support I received from one particular associate. This individual dedicated a significant amount of time to assist me, addressing my concerns and guiding me through the intricacies of the platform. Their patience and expertise were evident, and I genuinely appreciate the time and effort they invested in ensuring my success with the app. In summary, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I've received and am optimistic about the future benefits this integration will bring to my store.

Nupur has gone above and beyond customer service excellence. She was patient with me and explained everything in great detail. I enjoyed the ease of listing products with the help of the cedcommerce team , and how accessible they are to helping and guiding me through the process. I would have been lost without the support of Nupur and the CED COMMERCE AMAZON CHANNEL.

The app wouldn't work. Whenever I hit the button to process and import my products to Amazon, it would process and then stop processing and give me no updates about errors or why it stopped. It did this for every product I tried. When I contacted support about this, they were literally no help at all. Probably the worst support I've talked to. Not only did they take so long to respond every time, but they literally explained nothing on why it didn't work and were no help. Then they told me that the only way it could be fixed was if I scheduled a meeting with them. I feel like this is completely ridiculous and I definitely do not recommend this app. Still have no idea why it didn't work and going to be looking for a different way to connect my store to Amazon.

If you know what you're doing and what you need, this is a killer Channel. It's not an APP, it's a Channel and that's a big difference. It's simple and does what what I need. Shopify is master of inventory and price for FBA and FBM items. Amazon orders come into SHOPIFY so I can push it straight through my Shipstation as if it's another Shopify order. Simple. Within 24 hours we're fully synchronized straight into SHOPIFY. Shocked to learn that I can push existing Shopify listings straight into a new Amazon Seller Central listings. I strongly recommend.

I have never come across such a responsive customer service team, so thank you very much! I am back, months later with an update. Again, their customer service is superb! I troubled myself trying to resolve an issue, and their contact person took mere minutes to guide me through the process. The worst service I have ever paid for. They have taken more than two months for 10 product optimizations. When they told me the work was done, they have not even commply with the complete service they had promissed. I had to inssist them to complete it, correct images and complete information. When you ask them to complete the work, they take days to answer. I definitely DO NOT recommend this service. In fact, I am asking for my money back as they did not give what they promissrd

We are happy users of the CedCommerce app that sends Amazon orders to our Shopify Store serviaromashop.com It's very useful and we are happy with it. Lately they offered us an Amazon SEO service, but due to language problems (we wanted it in Spanish), we had an issue and sadly we had to cancel the service. They refund us, so everything is fine. So we recommend them, good app and customer service. Thank you!

I just started with trying to upload my products to Amazon, took me nearly two weeks with Marketplace by Codisto until I gave up, decided to try CedCommerce and within two days I had my first product uploaded to Amazon and counting, way faster to resolve product upload errors! 10/10 recommend!!

New to amazon and this app! Within the first 5 minutes of using the app I had a handful of questions. I was able to chat with a team member in seconds (REAL TEAM MEMBER, NOT A ROBOT) and they were able to answer everything I needed immediately. I am writing this review while currently still setting everything up with only a total of 20min using the app, but felt the need to submit this now as I was genuinely impressed with the response time and experience thus far. Other app creators should take notes ;)

They really give very good customer service. I hope this never changes. They make themselves very available to answer questions and they are patient and thorough.

I appreciate all the help they have given me and most have helped. But I do have to say that they do not listen to me and address the question. It's confusing when you asked "how do I do this (particular task) " and they don't say "you have to do this tab, then that tab, etc." and go on a different subject. If someone in the company would just do a "road map" of the steps it would surely help. (the videos are no help at all). All that said, they have spent a lot of time on chat and I've had 2 Google Meets and I am extremely appreciative. I believe they are a good channel to have.

do not use this app. this app is a scam they will get Amazon seller account deactivated the listings cause they don't know how to use Amazon

Back story:
I’m new to e-commerce after having spent my career working in services so far and was brought it by a small company to clean up a store that had a very messy back end and much of the store wasn’t linked, linked properly or had errors connecting products from Shopify to amazon. 

The previous software and why I switched: Codisto was very difficult to use and not intuitive. The linking of items was overly complicated. In an age with artificial intelligence and UX designers that are readily available to make things intuitive and user friendly, this software was unreasonably difficult to you. And didn’t have quick and easy user-guides that addressed the tasks that are most common/Necessary. They do have videos but that is buried within longer videos of info not relevant to me right now.
Some of the support staff was amazing and some got hyper focused on issues that were a symptom of the problem and not the actual problem (focusing on the lack of a SKU number instead of the SKU and all my work not saving when I hit save). THEN they were acquired by Shopify and rolled out a new version that wasn’t ready for release. Some one that was a new higher up in the company chose a date and made a demand instead of releasing a fully functional piece of software when it was ready. NOTHING WORKED. I had to put all my staff helping me clean up the store on hold. Two of the issues were escalated to DEV and no time frame was given on a fix. I lost a whole week of productivity. All of my work from the first half of the week was gone, just when I had thought that I understood the software and could finally make progress. 

So then I switched to CED!

So far the experience has been amazing. I was able to easily install the app. I connected with support on a video chat just a few hours later and they walked me through the set up, how it works and was able to get much more of our store online just by importing our Shopify store than I had been able to do in WEEKS with codisto. 
The matching of items works FAR better than codisto. The support is amazing and fast, there are multiple options to connect and they will take the time to make sure to understand and address the issues instead of talk down to you as though you don’t know what you are talking about. 

I wish I had done this immediately when I began in my current role. DO NOT bang your head against the wall with codisto. I highly recommend CED.

This app has really helped us manage our products and orders on Amazon, and their support chat is excellent. There is always someone knowledgeable there to help with anything you need. If you have ever used an app that doesn't have a live support chat, then you will really appreciate the quick help you get from CedCommerce when you have questions or problems.
