CedCommerce's support team is very responsive and able to help with any issues that may arise. The connection between Shopify and Amazon with CedCommerce is pretty seamless and doesn't require a lot of setup, any issues that do arise the customer support team helped with.

Mannu S. was super responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and remained very patient while I was gathering all the information needed to help us troubleshoot why FBA orders weren't showing in our Shopify reports.
