Great experience, we've been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a few months now, and compared to how difficult Amazon makes integrations this is a breath of fresh air, there's been a few small issues here and there but support always comes through fairly quickly to help resolve those, it's always a pleasure to talk to folks like Ankit which has been an great resource tackling any issues or questions.

Great app and excellent technical and customer service. Very quick responses and they are very efficient! I highly recommend it.

Is working good overall. Some bugs and delays sometimes. Support answers quick. Technical Tickets issues takeabout 24hours. -1 Star, The support team is overly enthusiastic and repeatedly follows up with requests for sales or feedback/reviews and asks for screenshot of review.

Very good - having used Marketplace connect for 12+ months and then making the move because it simply wasn't up to it, CedCommerce is much better. Yes there's still a few bugs but support is excellent - that's a key diff. Marketplace connect just didn't bother replying in the end, so they lost my business and my recommendation. So if you sell on Amazon and want your products to list correctly, I recommend this app.

Excellent help! I am confident in what CedCommerce services will provide me. I am especially thankful for the help that Mannu has helped me with. I have used other platform services and I feel that CedCommerce is a better fit for me.

Great app, and superb customer support. I had more than 10000 errors in the app and I asked for help. Customer support immediately answered me and started to work, they dedicated 3 days to fix them all and in the end, all errors were fixed.
