So far I am very happy! I will be using the Bold Discount and Upsell together. The apps were an easy install, some code I installed myself and I am not extremely knowledgeable but their documentation was easy to follow. The rest of the code I had the amazing support staff take care of. Cody and the rest of the team were very helpful. Still early to comment on effectiveness but for what it appears it will do the cost for there apps are great.

This is a great app to help with conversions on your product page. Abhijit and Parminder from Customer Support was able to quickly resolve my issue. World-class customer support! I highly recommend this app for your store.

GREAT APP, does what it should. Wizard Patch embroidered badges and patches and logo makers for clubs, biker vests and motorcycle harley davidson hog jackets and corporate logos etc use this app for all our custom embroidered logo patch and badge listings. This app give us the ability to run sales whenever we need so our embroidered logo name tags and rocker patches can have one sale, and our large back patches can go on another sale, and every day we can list biker patches and club patches at different sale times for halloween and Christmas, or stock sales and run outs of merchandise! we can even have flash sales on custom embroidered badges and logos and set this for each collection or by individual products. This app has some major problems and is absolutely the slowest syncing app I have ever used. I made several discounts and added them to my store and they showed correctly. I started running the promotions but when I checked the next morning all the discounts were gone. The product still showed the Sale logo but the price was back to full retail. Support told me I would have to make each discount inactive and let it sync and then activate and sync it again. This took me over 8 hours but worked and discounts were showing again even though the amount of time it took was ridiculous. Next morning I check my site and all the discounts are gone again. I sent another email to support several hours ago but still have not heard back from them. I am looking for another app that will work now.

Easy to install, most functions work out of the box. Functions that needed coding were installed by the Bold team for a small fee in a very timely fashion. Edit: Just had a new theme implemented on my website which required all apps using liquid to be updated. Reached out to the Bold team, gave them the name of my new theme and they had everything updated for me quickly!

If you could rate nil stars then that is what I would have chosen. The App does not work correctly for a large number of discount items. Numerous products did not have the applicable discount applied even though the set-up was correct. This issue was identified on the 30th July and as at 16th August there has been no resolution. The costumer service was even worse. Despite numerous attempts to get an answer and being advised that I will be updated urgently, no feed back was provided. On the third day in a row of email an chatting, I received this response "We have a larger than normal volume right now and everything is taking longer than anticipated" which is a stock standard response. I would not recommend this app for its functionality or the service response to anyone! Very disappointed!

This is a fantastic app with a lot of options. I love that it marks down every item so the customer knows straight away there is a sale. I spoke to customer services regarding changing the word "deal" to "sale" for my site and they took care of it for me no problem. The only issue I have is that to put a big sale on it will take time to import products to the app for the sale. I do think they should look into a way that the products automatically sync every so often from the store so they are ready to go in the event of a quick sale. However that's something I will get used to and work around. I'll be sticking with this app because of the many options it gives me for my website and the excellent support I know is there if I need it.

Did the trial for 30 days, which I used to learn the product a couple of weeks before black friday. It was an easy learning curve and the best is the live chat I have with the company , which is huge to fix problems fast. Its been a joy now months later to help set up sales on products, BOGO, and upsells. I do have some of there other products now too which makes everything smooth. It has many bugs. It needs support very often. It crashes with other apps, it conflicts when duplicating a product that previously had a discount. Every time you make any modification on an ongoing product that has a discount, and save the product, you need to restart the discount which takes time to sync (and this is not explained anywhere, I had to find this solution myself). Overall, I'm pretty disappointed unfortunately. I feel bad, cause they have good support that care, but most of the apps need further development and bugs fixed.

This app has been very easy to install and use as I set up a BOGO promotion. It was Pratibha on the support chat who was able to direct me to this method for setting up this kind of BOGO sale (instead of bundles) and saved me a boatload of time! Very grateful for this superb and prompt support!
