Support team was great. They did their best on my shop to install the sale clock, sale tags as well. Nice communication, nice app. Hope for increasing in conversion.

i have to say, i am kinda always hesitant about completely web based business and so heavily relying on a business that i never see the actual people or meet them. BUT Bold has really bridged that gap with customer service. My most recent support experience with Parminder was no exception. He let me know right when the modification was made to show the pricing exactly how i wanted it. perfectly executed and great communication. i have to say all of my concerns have been put to rest so far and their communication has been excellent.

This app has become our go to for our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales event. It's easy to set up all the different deals weeks in advanced giving us time to lay out our holiday plan. It's a must for flash sales and other promos as well.

Nir helped me solve Liquid code issues. He's highly skilled and super helpful!! My discount products show up now and my cart is fixed :) Parminder also assisted me with additional optimisation I didn't even ask for. Highly appreciated!!

We recently used this app for a store-wide flash sale. I very impressed with how easy it was to set up a discount and boom! All the prices on the store were discounted at the scheduled date and time. It just worked! Then when the scheduled sale was over, all the prices the prices were back to normal. This app is wonderful and has saved us a lot of time. Thank you, Bold!

I am really loving this App. I like the fact that I can easily set discounts for a bunch of products. The clock alert is a must have. Cody and Guri were very helpful in installing the codes and getting me started. They were available to answer all my question and to make sure everything is working perfectly. Thank you!

Just launched our online store and am using multiple apps from BOLD. Apps are great, but the support is FANTASTIC! Do yourself a favor, if you can't quite figure something out, don't spend your time trying to make it work, just contact their support team and they will walk your through the process...great functionality and lots of time saving during implantation!

So far I am very happy! I will be using the Bold Discount and Upsell together. The apps were an easy install, some code I installed myself and I am not extremely knowledgeable but their documentation was easy to follow. The rest of the code I had the amazing support staff take care of. Cody and the rest of the team were very helpful. Still early to comment on effectiveness but for what it appears it will do the cost for there apps are great.

I haven't had too much time with the app. I would just like to address their excellent customer service. I had issues with the app installation, and Marty from their customer service team got it all sorted out. Thanks again guys.

This app has some major problems and is absolutely the slowest syncing app I have ever used. I made several discounts and added them to my store and they showed correctly. I started running the promotions but when I checked the next morning all the discounts were gone. The product still showed the Sale logo but the price was back to full retail. Support told me I would have to make each discount inactive and let it sync and then activate and sync it again. This took me over 8 hours but worked and discounts were showing again even though the amount of time it took was ridiculous. Next morning I check my site and all the discounts are gone again. I sent another email to support several hours ago but still have not heard back from them. I am looking for another app that will work now.

GREAT APP, does what it should. Wizard Patch embroidered badges and patches and logo makers for clubs, biker vests and motorcycle harley davidson hog jackets and corporate logos etc use this app for all our custom embroidered logo patch and badge listings. This app give us the ability to run sales whenever we need so our embroidered logo name tags and rocker patches can have one sale, and our large back patches can go on another sale, and every day we can list biker patches and club patches at different sale times for halloween and Christmas, or stock sales and run outs of merchandise! we can even have flash sales on custom embroidered badges and logos and set this for each collection or by individual products. Easy to install, most functions work out of the box. Functions that needed coding were installed by the Bold team for a small fee in a very timely fashion. Edit: Just had a new theme implemented on my website which required all apps using liquid to be updated. Reached out to the Bold team, gave them the name of my new theme and they had everything updated for me quickly!

If you could rate nil stars then that is what I would have chosen. The App does not work correctly for a large number of discount items. Numerous products did not have the applicable discount applied even though the set-up was correct. This issue was identified on the 30th July and as at 16th August there has been no resolution. The costumer service was even worse. Despite numerous attempts to get an answer and being advised that I will be updated urgently, no feed back was provided. On the third day in a row of email an chatting, I received this response "We have a larger than normal volume right now and everything is taking longer than anticipated" which is a stock standard response. I would not recommend this app for its functionality or the service response to anyone! Very disappointed!
