Fantastic app and Guri is great. I had originally signed up for another discount app and had a hard time getting it to work. This morning I signed up for this app and love it. Was able to get most of it working on my own but had a couple things i couldn't figure out. Guri was great in helping me do so!

i have to say, i am kinda always hesitant about completely web based business and so heavily relying on a business that i never see the actual people or meet them. BUT Bold has really bridged that gap with customer service. My most recent support experience with Parminder was no exception. He let me know right when the modification was made to show the pricing exactly how i wanted it. perfectly executed and great communication. i have to say all of my concerns have been put to rest so far and their communication has been excellent.

This app has become our go to for our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales event. It's easy to set up all the different deals weeks in advanced giving us time to lay out our holiday plan. It's a must for flash sales and other promos as well.

Nir helped me solve Liquid code issues. He's highly skilled and super helpful!! My discount products show up now and my cart is fixed :) Parminder also assisted me with additional optimisation I didn't even ask for. Highly appreciated!!

We recently used this app for a store-wide flash sale. I very impressed with how easy it was to set up a discount and boom! All the prices on the store were discounted at the scheduled date and time. It just worked! Then when the scheduled sale was over, all the prices the prices were back to normal. This app is wonderful and has saved us a lot of time. Thank you, Bold!

I wanted to install this app for the upcoming mid season / Black Friday sale and Tony was very helpful in solving a problem during installation process. I found this app not straight forward but I was able to communicate with the customer service and he was excellent. Thanks again!

I am really loving this App. I like the fact that I can easily set discounts for a bunch of products. The clock alert is a must have. Cody and Guri were very helpful in installing the codes and getting me started. They were available to answer all my question and to make sure everything is working perfectly. Thank you!

Just launched our online store and am using multiple apps from BOLD. Apps are great, but the support is FANTASTIC! Do yourself a favor, if you can't quite figure something out, don't spend your time trying to make it work, just contact their support team and they will walk your through the process...great functionality and lots of time saving during implantation!
