Samuel in the support office helped me with my query and was extremely patient with me. I also noticed that he was extremely smart and tech savvy with how fast he handled our issue. Thank you and definitely one of the apps I do not regret purchasing for the store.

So far so good with the customer Support from Kaiser! The app is doing what I expect it to, just loaded it today but it's doing exactly what it says and customer support (as I mentioned) over and above as well :-)

These guys are amazing. They have saved the day 2 years in a row for me on Black Friday weekend. Most importantly, they are available to help on the eve of Black Friday and the morning of Black Friday - the busiest times of the year for ecommerce. Other companies/apps not only don't have the chat feature available, but they don't respond for a week. When it really matters, these guys are there for you, with no wait time (great when you are panicking) and fix issues even if they didn't cause them. I can't say enough great things about the support (Brysen especially.) And the apps themselves, the BEST. I use 4 of them and each one performs perfectly. Thank you, Bold. Great apps, amazing service, if I could give 10 stars, I would.

DONT USE THIS APP. I strongly recommend you guys DO NOT USE it. It make all products in my website in big DISCOUNT and lose a lot of money. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Such a Rubbish app.

Parminder helped me to setup correctly to show black friday icon on our store, I like it very much. I like it that the app is working and customer support is there to help you.

Useful app with some handy features. Been using a number of apps from Bold and support is usually pretty good (Guri made a good quick fix for me today).

Fantastic app and Guri is great. I had originally signed up for another discount app and had a hard time getting it to work. This morning I signed up for this app and love it. Was able to get most of it working on my own but had a couple things i couldn't figure out. Guri was great in helping me do so!
