BSS Commerce made an app with plenty of useful functionality for B2B eCommerce. Our first support request was answered quickly and the issue was resolved just as quickly and thoroughly.

This is exactly what we were looking for in a B2B app! We tried another app, only to find out it didn't work with international pricing, where this one works with international pricing and it integrates better creating a more seamless experience for our customers. Install was as easy as asking for it. I highly highly recommend B2B/Wholesale Solution if you sell wholesale at all.

So far, the support has been great. As we are on EST in the US, it is a little tricky because of the time difference but they solved something correctly without my immediate input and we were very pleased.

From first glance it looked easy as if all you had to do was install these features. But in the end everything had to be manually done by Emma and her Team. To be fair though they were very quick to respond and fixed any bugs reported. Early days yet but looks like it will be a good solution for us going forward

Really good functionality, simple to set up. Emma and the team have been very helpful with any bugs that crop up. There's a couple of niggles with it where I think the app could be improved which I've suggested to the team - with these little improvements it's definitely a 5* app, and even without them it's still allowed us to move our B2B website from Magento 2 to Shopify!

Who can I speak to about the billing? I have been charged $50.00 when I deleted the app within the 14 day trial as it was too difficult to use - can someone please contact me to get the charge removed from my shopify bill thanks.

Exceptional customer service. There were a few things not working during setup and June and the team were amazing at fixing them quickly and providing continued support during the setup process!

I worked with an agent called Emma and she was so helpful and resolved all the issues I raised. She even worked beyond her closing hours to urgently respond to my queries. She promised to get in touch the following day and she did. She also stayed to ensure all my issues were resolved while also providing guidance on things I needed to change to see value.
