Big thank you to Emma C and the tech Hoang Van Luan, I recently upgraded my theme and needed some assitance in getting the app to work correctly. I made a support ticket and received a response very quick! They both ensured that all of the features needed for my website were installed and worked correctly. The Tax Incl/Excl Display, Wholesale Registration, Custom Pricing & Order Limits all allow me to run my website efficiently. Order Limits is great for limiting the amount of products a customer can purchase or for creating a minimum order. I also found that in my use case I set a list of products to “Maximum Order Amount = 0” and apply to specific customer tags. This way I can limit certain customers from being able to purchase certain products. Which is great if you have products only available to specific customers e.g. wholesale vs normal. There are plenty of other features I see myself using in the future such as the shipping rate. So I can exclude customers with business courier account from shipping fees allowing them to be charged the exact amount to there account. Overall I am very happy with the app itself and the customer support I received from Emma and Hoang. If it weren’t for them I don’t know where I’d be! Amazing overall service.

Did exactly what we wanted for wholesale customer and displaying prices as inc/ex VAT which other apps we tried did not do. Setting up which products I wanted to included as wholesale was very easy but when it came to displaying VAT I needed some assistance, I contacted customer service via live chat and June was extremely helpful, as well as developer Cuong Nguyen Quoc. They even worked late to assist us as we are in different timezones. Would definitely recommend.

This app has been great at helping our wholesale business operate online. It is so easy to use and the support team is amazing. They are so helpful and always quick to respond! First of all, I'd like to say that this plugin is definitely worth considering if you're looking for a B2B/wholesale solution for your online store. The functionality it provides is impressive, and it has made managing our wholesale customers and orders much easier. One of the best things about this plugin is the excellent support that comes with it. We've had a few questions and issues along the way, and the support team (June and Duc Nguyen Van were responsible for us) has been incredibly helpful. They've even gone out of their way to customize the plugin to fit our specific needs, which we really appreciate. In terms of functionality, the plugin offers everything we need to manage our wholesale business. We can set different prices for different customer groups, manage minimum order quantities, and offer tiered pricing based on order volume. We can also customize the checkout process to include additional fields for wholesale customers, such as tax ID and business name. Overall, we're really happy with the "B2B/Wholesale Solution" plugin and would highly recommend it to other Shopify store owners looking for a B2B/wholesale solution. The support is top-notch, and the functionality is exactly what we need to run our wholesale business smoothly.

OMG Emma and the team were awesome in helping me setup the 3 apps that worked together to bring the settings that i needed to the webpage. Not only did Emma help with the app settings but also helped with shopify settings in regards to how they interacted with the app. I recommend these apps to anyone who needs custom B2B solutions so that their customers interactions can work in a specific way. The customer service is so amazing they spend a lot of hours and back and forward emails in order to get everything right. I highly recommend these apps. The features on this app are awesome, they seem to fit in well with the features in the other apps and all work together to complete their purpose, I needed custom features for my new website and the team really worked hard to make the apps fit into my requirements, changing around shopify presets and code for me as well, etc. I was greatly helped by Emma and the technician (Nguyen Tien Hau) who communicated in an excellent manner, they understood what I needed and with minimal explanantion they fixed my issues. I tried to download other B2B apps prior to finding these and they had useless features that made using them very hard, I highly rate these B2B apps.

I was happy with the app but it had a few challenges. I reached out to customer service for help which went well until I gave the app a 4 star review. I immediately received a message from the rep that helped me. She said that if I didn't give her a 5 star review, she would be "punished." I asked what she meant and she said she would lose pay for a 4 star review. She continued to beg me to change the review. I told her that asking such a thing was 100% unprofessional. This made me lose trust in the app and uninstalled it. This is very concerning that Shopify doesn't seem to vet the apps it allows to integrate with the platform. The developers are based in Vietnam which is fine, but this experience made it feel like a scam.

Just got the app set up with a huge thanks to Jolie Nguyen and Le Trung Dong. So far it's doing exactly what it advertises, intuitive to use I didn't have to watch any tutorial to understand how to create rules. If you do need help the support team is very quick. I'll report back if anything changes as we roll out our wholesale program but so far so great.

We have been using this app from the beginning of the launch of our website and i have to say that i am very happy with this choice, by far the most complete and the team is really easy to join by chat. Thanks so much to June Nguyen and dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Hoang Van Luan they help us a lot and understand very well our needs which allow us to be stronger in our development. We are not using all the options that they have but we will soon because so far everything works GREAT !

The B2B Wholesale solution is a very well developed app and offers a lot of flexibility to customize both the styling and functionality to complement almost any theme. I especially want to thank Le Trung Dong and Jolie Nguyen for their efforts and willingness to help our team customize the styling and UX of the app so that it works seamlessly with our theme. I give the app 5 stars but the customer service of Jolie and Le Trung takes the experience to another level.

The app is very good with features that suits b2b stores very well. The team works really good , very professional, and responsive. Jena Nguyen and Pham Dinh Hai answered my request very fast, they understood the issue from a very simple explanation and provided the best service. They double checked with me if the issue was resolved and all was good. I I'm really happy with such work, and I trust that in the future if we needed help it will be provided optimally.

I have been using the application for several weeks on my store and I am very satisfied. The handling is a little bit complex at the beginning, the dashboard being quite loaded, but you quickly get the hang of it. Above all, the support is really top! I wouldn’t normally write reviews, they always feel a bit ‘forced’ if you know what I mean, but I to say a huge thank you to Joy Nguyen – our BSS support agent - and Le Trung Dong – the wizard of Development in the BSS team. The app is quite intuitive, but we did have some issues with our registration login page and customising the pricing on our product pages. We were quite hesitant to continue with the app at first, as we thought that if we engaged the BSS expert service that there would be some exorbitant extra fee for our specific requirements. However, it is utterly amazing that when I contacted them on Live Chat, they said that they will check what the issue is, delving deep to understand, and then wow, amazingly they knew exactly what our problem was and the best way for our business to solve it. Plus, they did all this for FREE for us! With detailed explanation of what code was required and where, and answered any additional questions we had confidently and clearly. Joy really lives up to her name, and absolute joy to work with, she is helpful, friendly and was dedicated to solving our issues. Dev Trung Dong is hard-working and really, really good at coding, so he solves the issue with some small added code as well as some notes for us about the page builder. I really love their service! Also, we had some issues with installation of Custom Pricing (CP) and inclusive / exclusive VAT price display, but I felt completely relieved of any concern, as they always helped us to check the installation. They also helped to make the integration work well with another third-party app. No matter what issues that may arise, they will try their very best to find another work around. They are so diligent, and their support service is outstanding! I recommend you have a try of this app and whenever you have any issue, just feel free to contact them and give them the detailed request. Then they will check your case and revert to you with the detailed answer. The app may be difficult for a novice to install the code, but don't worry because BSS dev team will absolutely help you with the installation for free. The support service is free, but it is amazing! We love it and we will definitely use them again and keep an eye out for any other apps you might be bringing out! TLDR: These guys are good!!

B2B/Wholesale Solution is a good app if you are running a B2B website for wholesalers. It allows you to manage incoming potential customers, assign special prices depending on customers' type, and use Custom pricing purchases to determine pricing. B2B Login and Lock Access app is also from BSS, which is also a great app for using too. I can lock specific content for certain customers who have the access to our website and allow customers can access the page with a few steps of simple settings. We dealt with the BSS Commerce's support representative June Nguyen who was very responsive to deal with our problems and answer my questions. The tech guy is awesome too when he has worked hard on my case to bring out the results. Dev Phu Dao Van helped with styling the form, the other devs are Hau Nguyen Tien, Phong Bui Thanh and Khanh Nguyen Dinh fix the error of showing custom prices on my site when the theme and the app are a little incompatible. They did a great job. There's some error on my site and struggling to make the rule work but the team did an amazing job on make it works. Thank you so much!

I looked around at a number of apps that could give me the functions I required for a wholesale pricing solution. I settled on this app as it had the most flexible functions; registration form, custom pricing (lots of flex with the conditions!), varying tax treatment, and varying shipping cost rules which is important with larger orders generated with wholesale and can be tailored to a customer type via a customer tag. - plus many more functions I will probably use in the future. I was also pleased to solutions for extra charges which is handy to add to my retail store for larger or heavier items. The app also adds discount pricing codes and bogo and rules surrounding the usage of those which is very handy. When there is a lot of function, complexitity can be an issue and it did take me a little while to figure it out, but I got there (and I'm one of those people to hate to read instructions - but there is a lot of written instruction if you need). But the best part is the very helpful and responsive support I've received from Emma and the technical assistance from Nguyen Ngoc Hai who installed the app and a few small customizations. If you have a basic understanding of theme code, you can easily follow their instructions, but so good to have their support and get it up and running correctly the first time. Its not the cheapest app, but its packed with function that's given me some more ideas of how I can improve my store. I definitely recommend.

The registration form is very useful, it helps us to create a separate form for our Wholesalera, the process is great too, we can approve a customer before he can buy at a discounted price with the B2B/Wholesale Solution app. We had some problems with the Registration Form design and I reached out to the support team. The Support Agent Jolie Nguyen and Developer Team, are simply great, too! Jolie and her tech team - Nguyen Tien Hau and Mai Van Quy were exceptional in customizing the App to our needs. The design that I need is a little complicated and they can fix it as perfectly as I required. They answered really quickly and could manage all our input. Dev... did a great job in every aspect and could solve every customization that we needed. On the whole, this Wholesale Solution is an absolute recommendation, if you want to customize your B2B shop to your needs. The price is absolutely fair for the great features they offer! Used another B2B app before but changed to BSS, I'm very pleased with them!

Our theme didn't support a few things in the app but Jena and her team were able to find the the problem and gave us some options on how we wanted to proceed. They were able to make the needed adjustments our store needed in a timely manner without any problems. Would definitely recommend this app for any wholesale solutions!

I don’t usually post reviews but with this app I felt I really needed to share our experience. Our store had a few custom requirements and the support has been very quick to respond and implement the desired fixes. I have seen that many app developers refer to excuses like “our app is not designed for this feature” but with BSS Commerce I have only seen willingness to understand and meet customer needs. Big thanks to dev Hai Pham Dinh who quickly helped me with the customization of the Order form on my Portal. And a thank you to dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc who makes sure the Custom Prices is in sync with the portal. The B2B/Wholesale Solution app is great for anyone wanting to set up B2B function within their website quickly. Setting up wholesale pricing, custom online forms, hiding prices, etc… This app is an “all-in-one” app with fantastic support. I look forward to growing our business with the B2B/Wholesale app!
