Good job BSS team! Thanks so much to my support agent Joy Nguyen and dev guys Cao Xuan Cuong, Le Trung Dong, Hoang Van Tien, Pham Van Quyen who quickly resolved my issue. More specifically, I have some questions about the 2 apps and Joy Nguyen gives me answers well. Then, I have some difficulty in restyling the force login page and login age, as well as registeration page too. Then I contact Joy and receive the reply that the dev team can customize for free if I can give then detailed mockup design of my expectation. Why should I hesitate to do that? Of course I am willing to send them my mockup design so that they understand what I want, and they come back to me with very good result. You guys can go into my page and see that the pages are so nice! I love it! BSS app is quite friendly to use and functional also. You guys are great: You have amazing support team and good app. You can grow your service and sales more for more customers. I am more than happy for this customer support! They are patient, friendly, supportive and cute! I don't usually write reviews but BSS support team gives me a second thought about this time. i will continue collaborate with you guys and if I may have any further issues, I will be more than happy to come back to you guys again.

Me han modificado la plantilla para que los clientes mayoristas puedan ver los precios personalizados en la página de la tienda. Ya se estaban quejando porque no veian los precios reducidos. Asique en menos de 24 horas el tecnico Duc y Jennie me han ayudado. Me toca traducirlo al ingles pero de todas formas nos entendemos con el traductor de google. Firstly the support is really great. Jena Nguyen in particular has been very helpful in assisting us with our B2B-setup. She is very thoughtful with great attention to detail. We have been able to resolve all our queries so far and the response from the support team has been quick! The app itself is easy to use and understand. I recommend this solution to any business wanting to build their site with B2B functionality while not being able to afford the Shopify Plus plan.

B2B/Wholesale Solution app is excellent for stores targeting B2B & B2C customers. B2B/Wholesale app is customizable with fast and dedicated support. I promise you that you will not be disappointed when working with the BSS Commerce team. There is some incompatibility that we are facing with the collection pages and product pages but the team has done an amazing job on these pages. Big thank to dev Anh Duc Tran and Bui Thanh Phong who quickly solved the problem. I have problem with the Order Limits warning from our side but June Nguyen and the team has provide a great alternative solution for us. Good job!

Joy Nguyen and the technicians Hoang Van Luan, Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Trinh Viet Anh made an outstanding job at ironing out the flaws after my initial installation. There was a few theme related, a few caused by me and a few others on the way but they made sure to help me fix all of them in a timely manner and even help me integrate with one of their other apps. The functions are great when its up and running so thank you for having the best support team to make sure it gets up and running!

I recently added the app to my store and needed assistance getting it to work properly. Many thanks to Emma C and Hoang Van Luan, the tech. I submitted a support ticket, and I received an immediate response! They both made certain that all of the features required for my website were installed and functioning properly. I created a Price List per Customer, and Emma was a huge help with the initial setup. The tech guy assisted in the installation of custom prices on all pages, including a Wishlist page rendered by a third-party app. This is useful if you have products that are only available to certain customers, such as wholesale versus regular. Many additional features, such as the shipping rate, I intend to use in the future. I can exclude clients with business courier accounts from shipping fees so that I can charge the appropriate amount to customers with business courier accounts. Overall, both the app and the assistance I received from Emma and Hoang Van Luan were excellent. I'm not sure where I'd be if it weren't for them! Excellent overall experience.

BSS Commerce is a very good company if you need a working app. We had a lot of changes to the wholesale solution app so that it fits our needs and legal requirements. Emma and her technician Nguyen Thanh Phong did a very good job. They even worked some overtime to make the app work. Emma and Nguyen implemented all changes very quickly according to our wishes. We have also installed another app - Product Options from BSS Commerce. Emma and her team are also working at the moment to make everything possible so that both apps are working perfectly togheter. Emma also replies very quickly to all of my questions an explaines things very well, too. We are really satisfied and excited to see the result of the both apps in the end. Currently we cannot report any negative points. Many thanks to Emma and Nguyen for their help and work.

Ich habe keine Erfahrung in diesem Bereich und habe mich daher an den Service gewandt. Es kam eine schnelle Rückmeldung und mein Problem wurde von Joy und Dao einwandfrei gelöst. Danach hatte ich noch weitere Fragen die mir sofort beantwortet wurden. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut! Ich habe immer eine Antwort in Deutsch zurückbekommen und alles war immer sehr nachvollziehbar. Wenn ich ein Problem habe werde ich mich auch in Zukunft immer bei Joy und Dao melden.

Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Duc have once again been very helpful to me in answering my questions. I was a little lost as to some of the capabilities and limits of the application. I had specific and simple question about how registrations worked on the lock and login and b2b registration application and forms. They answered my questions promptly, accurately, and directed me to the location in their documentation where I could find the information again in the future as well as other related inquiries (which I promptly used later that day to answer another question).

The application is easy to use, had issues with installation of prices but Jolie Nguyen and Hoang Van Luan helped us with the fixes and quickly fixed the problem. Excellent customer services with a talented developer team

BSS has been very helpful getting me up and running with my site’s backend features. I was skeptical at first that they would be able to handle my requests and questions but Emma, Hoang, and Nguyen have come to my rescue numerous times. My business needs certain UI/UX requirements to help our customers navigate our site. Things like Net Terms and quick ordering have to be integrated in our site because we only sell to wholesale customers. These guys have been spot on answering all of my questions and helping me get my site up and running.
