Customer service is the best I ever experienced. Widget didn't work right away in my store. Customer service team fixed it ASAP. They messaged me back faster than my wife does LMAO seriously outstanding customer service!

I just downloaded the app, and needed some assistance to set up the app with our website. The customer support was some of the fastest and kindest, making the configuration super smooth and simple. We have not begun to use our subscriptions but so far, we are content with the results!

Amazing customer service! This app was one of the many I tried for my website and it worked great! I really like the automatic email notifications feature of the app. The customer service team is around 24/7 to help with just about anything! Great app.

good advance features and ability to customise is a plus. Support is helpful to guide me through initial set up and recurring usage. the price plan model is also friendly to businesses that's starting out.

The customer support team is available via a chat box on the app and they were responsive in attending to technical issues that we faced. They were also proactive in following up with us if a solution took multiple days to investigate.

I'm new to this app, but the customer service is 5 star. Super impressed with the reps helpfulness and concern. After my second contact with this company I take it back, not everyone is the first rep. What's more is there was no way to separate sale prices from actual subscription prices, the app practically gave the store away.

Really nice app and great customer service! There are a few things that can be ironed out like universally changing the email templates, but the everything else was great.

I've added this app to my Shopify store and the rep reach out to me right away and set up the widget, customized it so it matches my brand and send me tutorials on how to navigate the customer portal. I'm super impressed with their customer service and everything that the app has to offer!

I contacted support and was helped within a couple minutes. Prarthana logged into my site and manually configured the widget to show correctly on my product page. She then made it look nice to match my custom theme. Definitely recommend this app.

I had some initial barriers when first trying to set up my subscriptions, however, the help chat was excellent and Mitanshu could not have been more helpful and solved my problem instantly, with a very pleasant manner. Fully recommend the service so far

I just installed the app. I find it very difficult to navigate without a human being to assist. I wanted to add a subscription option to my website. I have not used it yet but I am sure it will do what it was created to do. I did however have a wonderful experience thanks to customer service. If only I could get the same level of assistance every time I am in need.

The options are huge, but the online support is probably some of the best I've ever seen. They are knowledgeable and able to quickly configure and change things for you. Surprisingly good support.
