We had a minor support question and they helped out immediately--not only fixing our immediate problem, but also pointing out and turning on some additional features for smoother integration. So far I am at an early stage with integrating this app, but my initial assessment is that this subscription app provides exactly what we need and is flexible enough to meet our requirements. Their onboarding support is also 2nd to none - extremely helpful and swift to resolve integration issues (when I say swift, I mean it - less than 10 minutes!) A fantastic service.

app working great, team is very friendly and always there to answer in the chat. i've had some problems with manage subscription button but they are fixing it.

Excellent help with onboarding, even provided live chat support on a Sunday in the US - Kehanvi was extremely helpful and even helped customize the look and feel of the integration on the site within just a few minutes. I tried out several other subscription apps and this one has by far the most in terms of features/customization. Definitely recommended.

I just installed the App on my site. When I contacted Appstle for support, Prathana was extremely helpful! Every step of the way my questions on the setup and how the platform works were answered. Prathana even made suggestions to ensure the look and feel were seamless.

Prarthana came to my rescue; I had some questions about how to integrate the Appstle widget with my store, she showed me some tricks to change the look and feel of the widget and made sure everything was integrated properly. Very professional and prompt.

I used this app to help me do Subscribe plans. I really like how it does . It would be nice if it did design better.

Ahmed is THE BEST! He was so helpful and took the time to modify the look of my widgets! He even help me set up my shipping profiles! So kind, great app! Just wish you could edit the shipping profile locations once they were created.
