So far I'm happy with the app and the customer service is outstanding. I contacted them with a question and not only was it answered quickly, they even took the time to look over my products and make corrections to the appearance of the widget and offered to make other changes if I ever needed/wanted them. I've tried other subscription apps but Appstle does what I want to do. I use it for Coffee Subscriptions and it works perfectly. I had an issue with shipping charges- used the live messenger- Nadeem was super helpful- Diagnosed the issue and fixed it- and guided me thru. Great Customer service.

Just started using this app for a new membership platform. Setup was easy, and when there were parts that I needed help to customise, support were just minutes (sometimes seconds) away. Really impressed with the service over all, and the app is brilliant. One of the best looking customer portals out there as well, which is important to me, and plenty of customisation options built in, with additional CSS customisation available as well. Top quality, amazing service. Highly recommended.

They have solutions for us that we are looking for. Although we wanted to create subscription on the admin portal but limitation on shopify limit us to perform the subscription management on the backend.
