first: awesome customer service - second: everything i needed is in this app. what really comes handy and is good for little companies is the free plan to build a subscription member base and if there is any you pay your share. Thanks for your effort.

So far so good. The support team is super on top of things and got it up and running for me within minutes.

Customer service is great - helped me quickly and handled everything I needed. I love the responsiveness of the chat feature.

The support team is amazing! I was helped for hours by Kehanvi with adding bundles to our subscription option and making it match all of our themes!

I use this app to get our plans out there and when I needed help testing upgrade features and even customization, their team was right there with me offering different customization options even. Great support! Will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a subscriptions app.

Just starting out with the app, but the customer service and technical expertise of their employees is top notch. I worked with Kehanvi and they were able to help me tweak many settings and thematic customization options as well as adjust the app to match my store's appearance. First off, I've searched high and low for a subscription/membership app that meets all of our requirements. So many are over priced, charge excessive fees, are glitchy or limited. I reviewing the capability of Appstle, it looked perfect! Next, I reviewed the reviews and was overwhelmed by not just the 5 star rating but the volume of reviews highlighting customer support and let me tell you, they don't disappoint. I've worked with 2 support technicians from their team (mostly Kehanvi) and I am truly impressed. Their devotion to supporting my unique needs in setting up, customizing and transfer of knowledge to ensure I understood how to do things is phenomenal. They may not have thousands of reviews but based on care and functionality, I gave them a go! They not only helped me set up the account, create my plans, configure the settings to meet my requirements but also customized the verbiage and style on the front end with me.
