Great app. Great support. Love the pricing. We just added Appstle Subscriptions after struggling with another app. (I don't want to shame them, so I won't name names.) So far I am incredibly impressed. Their team was very responsive and helpful installing the app (on a Sunday!) I am just getting acquainted with all the features, but it seems powerful, exactly what we were looking for. From inventory forecasting/reminders to Klaviyo integration, this seems like the real deal. The customer portal and widgets also just look great out of the box. And the pricing structure is fantastic. No processing fee like some of their competitors, and very budget friendly to businesses like ours that are just getting started. The app was really easy to set up for a person not very tech savvy. I had some trouble navigating the customer portal area for my website and over live chat I had everything sorted in minutes. They were persistent in helping and finding a solution along the way. There were even screen shots to tell me exactly what to do!! Very impressed

Excellent customer service! The app works great but the main reason we're sticking with this is for the customer service :)

This app is very user friendly, easy to use and setup ! And the customer service is very nice and helpfull.

Appstle reps are quick to help online. Discouraged that I can't get a demo call for 2-3 weeks. Many of the Help videos are over a year old and not accurate anymore due to system updates. Appstle is suppose to be the best service but I'm running in to many areas that I will have to "improvise" to make it work for my needs

I'm very happy with the app and the functionality. There is a lot of settings to do and I also like that it is free up to a certain amount. That allows you as a new business to get started. But what really is amazing is the customer service. They are incredible and very helpful, fast replies everytime and they do the little extra. Very satisfied. :)

I have had Appstle for two weeks now. And I highly recommend it! It's user-friendly, it has many different functions and the customer service is really great! Definitely a must if you want to add a subscription function to your web shop.

We've been using appstle for about a month now. Having to migrate from a different setup, we naturally had A LOT of questions. I have never experienced this level of support from a shopify app before. It's insane. Not only is this real 24/7 live chat (seriously they always answer within 5 minutes), they also don't just give you a bunch of canned responses; they actually help. We need more of this in the world. Their pricing is also fair. They don't try and eat into your hard earned profit like some of the other apps (who would have you pay an extra 2-10% of your revenue). I mean, $100 for $50k in subscription revenue is more than fair. From all the subscription apps I have been through, I have to say that appstle's is the best one of them all. It's super easy to get started (and if you have any issues, they have that amazing support, to help you, even if it's 4 in the morning and your program launches in 2 hours). But it's also the most advanced I have seen to far as well. We have some pretty specific needs that requires a lot of changing of products and prices and with this app, it was super easy to set up and works like a charm. All in all, I feel like I have finally found a good subscription app with a friendly, knowledgeable and fair team behind it, and I plan to stick around for a long time. Please don't change appstle.

Really good app. I searched a long time for a suitable subscription app and this was the only one that met my needs. The support is also absolutely outstanding, never have I had to wait longer than 3minutes for a reply.

This app is actually very good (no joke). We were using a different subscription application when we started, and there were constant problems (no customer support, dropping orders etc.). This app solved ALL of these problems. I normally never leave reviews but I do feel quite strongly that this subscription app has all the key features and functionality at a competitive pricing structure

The entire Appstle team is simply amazing. They've gone out of their way to help us so many times since we singed up. And we have yet to encounter a problem that they could not solve. They're fast, on the ball, intelligent and an absolute pleasure to work with. This kind of customer service is rare, very rare, especially in the tech industry. As a starting brand Applstle is an amazing app for bringing subscriptions to your platform. For me one of the most important things is fast customer service.
