Excellent customer service from the beginning. Easy to set up and sync between Shopify and Amazon! Scheduled a call with an expert through the app to double check everything was set up right just in case. Todd (the expert on the call) had all the answers I was looking for, gave great advice, and much more! Our 1hr scheduled call only needed to last 20mins! This app is great. We were running low on house inventory but had plenty in FBA. This app allows us to continue to serve our customers with items that would otherwise be out of stock. Also, the customer service is phenomenal! They will walk you through anything and make sure you are equipped to get up and running seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Definitely the best FBA app for Europe: it provides precise tracking to customers (through Amazon swiship service), it allows customer selecting delivery speed and it also enable customizing Amazon Packing Slip. Technical support is excellent!

Very good app for automating your Shopify shipping to FBA - what's more is they provide superb customer support, the guys really go out of their way to help you, even sending videos of how to fix things.

I had a ton of questions regarding if this app was right for my business. I spoke with Chip at support who was super knowledgeable about their app as well as Amazon FBA. I went backwards and forwards a few times with Chip over the course of a week. All of my questions were answered at every stage. Great support !!!!
