very useful app especially you are scaling. in addition to the app's outstanding functionality, cara is maybe one of the best customer service I've ever had for a very long time. she's knowledgeable about the problems and solutions, she listens to my situations, and provides really helpful advices.

The support team at Bytestand are phenomenal!!! Cara thank you so much you are a life saver. One of the most important things when it comes to adding any new app to your store is the support team because if the system goes down that could cause a loss in revenue which hurts your bottom line. If your selling on Amazon using FBA this will be the perfect app for you.

I have been using this app for a while now and it has worked flawlessly. I am almost carefree of all orders coming from the EU. Brexit has caused things to change but these guys are already working on it. Cant recommend it enough. And yeah, they have rock star customer support people like Cara!

Soooo if you use Shopify and Amazon this App is a "must-have" For example we now can ship all our products to UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain at very reduced Amazon shipping rates AND it's just about 100% automated. Now it can be a bit tricky to set up as it's not always straight forward BUT with a little help from the excellent ByteStand support group, this capability makes our business so much more scalable and consistent. We now personally only ship products outside the amazon areas. For example, if we get US orders we have to fulfil these ourselves. However, if we stocked product in Amazon US we could get the app to cover Shopify Fulfilment for the US too. Overall I'm VERY impressed. Just be aware it can be a little more involved to get this up and operating properly. BUT when it is up and working ITS BRILLIANT........ Thanks, Todd for your help when we needed some assistance. Cara is also great at fixing my issues really quickly ..... wooo hooooo

This app works as described. Cara was helpful beyond my expectations and answered the questions I had with screenshots & videos, while clarifying some aspects of Amazon Seller, FBA, MCF etc.

the app guides you well through the installation process and is not a hassle in any way. it will save us a ton of time in the future! when we faced some issues due to our wrong settings set up, Cara was extremely helpful to resolve the issue and has even pointed out some other things she noticed in the settings that could be problematic. she even made a vid for our shop to guide us through the settings. Thank you Cara :) Recommend this app 10/10

Best customer service I've ever come across. I've had a few issues (nothing to do with ByteStand) and their help is over the top. Responds very quickly and give detailed help. She usually sends videos that takes me through the whole process. I'm very impressed!
