Customer service for this app is top notch. Cara takes the time to look into your issues and even creates video tutorials to help. My biggest issue is that you need to purchase 2 different apps (FBA Shipping and FBA Import) to have a complete solution.

We have sold on Amazon since 2018 and the apps work perfectly for our business. Amazon import and FBA shipping. Trick is to watch the video guides. Once you have everything setup you can then ask the support team to check everything over. Byte stand were able to login to our store remotely and provide screen shot step by steps. Support provided by Cara was absolutely top notch. This is why we are giving a 5 star review.

The setup works very smooth so far, customer service is great and Bytestand offers many other very interesting features. Happy to explore them all in the future!

This app has saved us so much time and money! They always handle help resolve our issues even if it means reaching out to other apps and working together with them. They are a small team so responses can take up to a few hours for them to get back to you on. Sometimes this can cause issues if it relates to a functionality that you need for sales. So happy with the customer service from this app! I knew I needed this app, but I really had no clue how to set it up. I reached out to confirm things were set up correctly and Cara helped me out. Really nice app - especially considering that Shopify does not deliver this functionality itself - and superb support. I had a few mails with Cara and I can tell you that she is very nice and more than happy to help. Feedback is very much appreciated and I think this team is heading in the right way. If you're using FBA and you want to connect it to Shopify, then this is your solution.

Great app to save time by automating orders. The customer support is amazing, they were a real help with my complex UK/EU + FBA/manual requirements. I've saved hours of my time using this app.

I can not recommend the app and especially the service provided. We have a running shop and implemented the app. First we never, after several tries got a full setup from the guys. We asked them several times for a detailed documentation about the linking. They couldnt provide and just showed us one crappy video. Then we had some extended requirements about EU wide shipping and different charges. Its not supported. If you sell FBA and FBM you will get in a lot of trouble. Then we deleted the app and all the settings were broken. Just a big mess up. Just to let everyone know. Its a very crucial process with the app and the support is really bad. Thats a reason I wouldnt go for these guys. How can you offer something like this and not even provide a complete documentation for a setup?! Thats in no way professional. And then you get one reply every day. Good luck to get this running.

These guys have great service and are super helpful for getting a novice like me set up. I highly recommend giving this a go it's worth every penny
