This app has been the epitome of simplicity! Minimizing our returns process into 2 steps:(1) Customer contacts us about a return, (2) They click a ready made return portal that then gives us every bit of info we need all in one message! Has really taken at least one stressful thing off our plate as players in the E-Commerce game. A must-have app for any E-Commerce business hands down!

I have just started a new web store and decided to put the returns into action even though I haven't had any returns yet I can say that the application is super easy to use and setup - tested to see how the function works and very nice transitions for an easy return for any user going forward with the transaction.

Very intuitive interface. Setup was very easy as it doesn't require any difficult configuration. Best of all, the app is free, robust, and no coding is necessary. Highly recommend this app. It makes returning products a breeze for both the customers and your business.
