Absolutely love this App and so do my customers! It has made tracking returns so simple and my customers cannot go wrong with the easy 2 step process!

Store owners want to make creating a store as easy as possible and any automation tools are welcome. You also need to look professional and you also need to minimise the amount of effort it takes to run a store. Returns Center accomplishes all of those requirements. It's very easy to set up and, unbelievably, it's free.

Returns center by aftership really makes dealing with returns seemless. A lot of times customers who visit the stores may not understand the refund policy but the quick summary that is provided via returns center really helps with that. And processing the returns is almost effortless.

This app is *super* easy to set up, is designed nicely and seems seamless. The thing that would make it 5 stars is if it included the option for exchanges as well as returns, including an exchange form where customers can write why they are returning or exchanging something. I actually don't know if I'll continue to use this if I cant figure out a way to make it a "Returns/Exchanges" center.

Afterships's support is excellent, contacted them twice, both replies within 24 hours and both times problems solved.

This app is a great feature and I would absolutely recommend to friends!

This APP is definitely helpful to get returns organized and also making sure our customers end up happy customers. It was very easy to set up and easy for me to understand it.
