I really like this app so far. It was very easy to add to my store and best of all, it was free. I have very few returns, but this should make it easy for my customers when they do need to return something. It will also make it much easier for me as everything will automatically be attached to the order the return pertains to.

So far so good! It was super easy to set up and put a link directly on my website. I have no doubt that it will make my customer's life easier should they ever need to make a return. And best of all - its free!

I find it very important to have a Return app on the website. The Policy I already have is very clear, but this app makes it all become easier for customers when actually starting the return for a refund. I like it! Easy, Fast Paced, Email updates to customers! Great! Thank you!

It´s a really good and simple free app. I would only suggest that all the words and sentences should be editable so anyone can change the default words to his language.

Pretty basic. Easy to use. No headaches.

Great templates and provides all the information you need with some optional customization (I love! =) )The app was very easy to integrate, actually it was ready to go in minutes and can't get enough of how user-friendly it was =) If you're new to Shopify (lots of reading and research) this is a no brainer!

Really easy to set up. Returns are tough enough in a business, but with AfterShip Returns Centre I feel confident that my valued customers will have a quick and easy way to set up a return. It's very easy to customize the page to what you need, and the support centre is really great. Overall I would highly recommend this app to any business, small or large, looking for a quick and easy solution to returns.

Have not had a chance to use yet but I am sure it will give confidence to customers knowing they can fill out their own return details. Hopefully, they won't to use it but thank you. It looks good on web page.

Great application, very nicely integrated with Shopify. Makes returns both for us and our customers frictionless and easy. Can use custom URL and images for seamless integration with our shop: jeepuniq.com - your source for Jeep Wrangler JK CB and HAM mounts and holders.

Easy to install, works right out of the "box". Even made the custom URL in less then 5 minutes.

This a very useful and quick way to get return orders in one place. I highly recommend it.
