Haven't had a return yet. But the app interface looks neat and organized for someone to make a return conveniently. Setup was simple. I highly recommend this app to organize returns.

Have only used this app a couple times, but so far it works exactly how you would want it to. The only thing I would change is making the app more easily accessible from your orders page in shopify.

This was really easy to install and will help massively with handling customer returns. So far I haven't had any returns fingers crossed but it's nice to know you have a back up plan - "just in case"
