It does what it says and it can do multiple products at once. It is not a bad product if you dont mind limited functionality for a free app. You are unable to have a workflow with the return reasons, no rules can be setup, no automation it is just a form, the instructions do not change with each reason selected, the instructions shown during pending approval are the same ship back instructions the customer gets if approved and nothing stops the customer from just sending it back at that point, you cannot refund in the app which creates for more work, it does not update the order or customer notes or timeline, you cannot send an email to the customers for more information or follow up, you cannot edit or customize the text received or branding or layout of ANY emails this sends. It is free and not robust enough to compete but if you wanted something simple and you dont care about the above then go for it as it is on the right track just missing a bunch.

Works great. I like that you can adjust the returns centre to suit your particular type of return. No complaints so far. Does what i need it to do and keeps returns easy and clean to use.

We LOVE the returns center app! It has helped our customers easily make returns and has reduced the amount of customer emails regarding returns and our return policies. It will make your store run so much smoother and your return flow will get easier, especially if you're 100% ecommerce with no brick and mortar store!

Aftership Return App is excellent! Very quick and easy to set up. Saves so many hours of customer service time. Great addition to my cute little store. If you have Shopify store you must have this app.
