We only have good experience with this app. We have not tested the support because everything worked very well. Now we can focus on offering our customers a good deal in our online store. If you also running a onlinestore this is a must. When selling a lot of different gadgets, clothes, make up, kids clothing, mobile accessories, and watches for a good deal and low prices, it's important to offer a good way for customers to easily offer good after shipping opportunities. Easy to setup, and a must have app. Simplified our returns process, hands down the best return app I have personally tested.

I think its really cool that they make is 1000 times easier for our customers to create their returns if need be.
