We only have good experience with this app. We have not tested the support because everything worked very well. Now we can focus on offering our customers a good deal in our online store. If you also running a onlinestore this is a must. When selling a lot of different gadgets, clothes, make up, kids clothing, mobile accessories, and watches for a good deal and low prices, it's important to offer a good way for customers to easily offer good after shipping opportunities. It also increases the impression that we are serious with our online store. Great Job!

Just got my store up and running and Aftership was one of the easiest parts of the setup. I haven't had any returns yet since the store is new, but setting up AfterShip gives me peace of mind for when I do have a return.
