Really it has made everything so easy. I have a separate Returns Page where customers can easily request for return, and all this in no extra cost. Thank You so much for this amazing App. If you want to give your customers a high-level user experience then Aftership Returns and Tracking Order Apps are a must on your Shopify Store.

Good about this app: 1. have own subdomain URL for the return page 2. Absolutely free! 3. Easy to follow instructions for customer 4. Providing a link for return on shop gives customer more confidence when making a purchase decision. Suggestion: 1. Provide a place for the customer to submit returning item shipment track number. 2. Good to have exchange instruction template.

Makes handling returns very easy, and compares favorably with other return applications.

The app is great and very easy to navigate!
