Supports DPD NL for automated returns labels, but not DPD UK.... The automated UPS Labels also show the Product Title on the label itself, which cannot be turned off. This leaves you open to having your parcel stolen, when anyone who looks at the label can see what is inside.

I wouldn't get the application, because once you set it up the return page is shown as "not secure" for all your customers. So Customers are going to be afraid to use this page and will have doubts about your shop. If you contact the support regarding this issue, they want 120$ just for fixing this problem. So up to you if you want to invest in this.

Great customer service. And very good app! You still have to process returns and restock manually, but overall its a great portal to handle returns.

A super easy and quick way to semi-automate your returns. I wish it would adjust your stock levels when someone submits for an exchange rather then having it done manually

It seems to be a quite mature return app. hope your team can add one feature: - let customer choose refund and exchange at the same time in the same order - limit customer from applying several return requests per "item"

Be aware they are still charging after you remove the app from your Shopify Store. They ask you to close every single acces of your staff.. closing the service is not enough. I can not imagine if you have so many staff.. And they are not responding basically SCAM.

I just started using the app but so far so good. I did a test run and it seems like it will make returns easier for me.

I do not like that Postmen can not be integrated with Stamp.com I have not used the app fully to give it a solid review. I am just starting out.

I am new to this app and haven't received any return requests yet but so far so good. Everything seems very straight forward. I am looking forward to taking full advantage of what it has to offer. AfterShip returns makes it easy for eCommerce brands to create a seamless return portal and their customer service is always active and ready to solve all issues.

I just downloaded this app but have yet to use it for returns. Set-up was fairly easy, besides having to link to a different app (which wasn't clear in the beginning). Customer service was helpful and answered right away, so that's a huge plus.

Great app and super easy to learn how to use. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for returns for store credit.

One of my most valuable apps. Really helpful. Worth every penny. Have it for months now and REALLY takes away the stress of answering 500 emails about how to return stuff. Never had an issue with the app and today wanted to print my invoices and couldn't find them (wasn't looking on the right place) and Customer Service was amazing. Thanks guys!

Great customer service! We had a 7 day free trial and they offered to extend it to 14 since we needed a few more days to work out the kinks. Super awesome!

Update: I've been using this app for about a month now, have processed some returns, and it has significantly made my life easier. Returns are no longer a huge hassle, and it has cut my customer service email by almost 90%. If you're a small brand looking to simplify returns this is a fantastic option. Initial review: Great UX/UI, really simple and easy to find everything. Returns page customization, matches my store design which is great. Looking forward to simplifying returns using this app. I had a few questions and Pawan answered them quickly. Also, the price is really affordable.

It's a great app and it fits our needs. It streamlines the returns process for us on an easy-to-use platform.
