Helped my business a lot, had trouble filling in returns for customers, but this application made my world a lot easier, thanks!

We have not received any actual returns yet, but wanted to write a review about the app in general for now (will update after we experience a return). Really like how we can customize, it looks great! And the support is awesome if you need any assistance!

Good application but the app is very costly. If you can lower your prices, then a lot of Shopify users will be able to use it in INDIA. All the features are great. Loved the option in which customer can ask for a refund from their side.

"NEW" Customer service always ready and available, the app is excellent, some things to improve, but still very useful and easy to use. "OLD" Dopo tante ricerche ho trovato quest'app che mi sta dando una mano molto d'aiuto per il business e risparmia tempo per la gestione, anche se il campo della data di scadenza per richiedere il reso è da aggiornare! We used this app to see if it could help simplify our returns management. The only regret we have, is we didn't download it sooner! Literally saves 100's of hours each month, pre-paid returns labels sent directly to the custom make this app an absolute must!

This app is unbelievably easy to get up and running. The help team send quick links & the site's UI is great. No problems to get it working and customised. I'm excited to see how it all works. Integrated with the Postmen app and am sure it's going to delight my customers.

Great functionalities out of the box, one of the basic apps for startup stores that you should add. It so easy to use it and start configuring.

Great app for Returns. Customer service is excellent. Especially Priyanka, who really helped me out. I didn't give 5 stars only because there is one feature I was really looking for. I wanted to be able to auto generate labels and although this app integrates with postmen to do this it doesn't work for me. I need to be able to create labels with extra services such as signature required and insurance which the auto generate labels does not allow. So I am left getting my labels somewhere else. If not for that one thing it would definitely be 5 out of 5 stars. Please integrate this!!!

The app works great and simplifies things a lot. We'd like to see being able to customize texts displayed on the returns page. Not only the language but also what the text says in some cases.

The return app has been an amazing tool for our company. Previously, we had to manually do returns and send emails which was a time consuming process that made it harder on ourselves and customers alike. Now with the help of this app, everything is streamlined making us more efficient while providing better customer service!

This has been super helpful in organizing workflows for returns. Automated emails go out during every step of the return process to keep customers informed and relieve unnecessary steps. Highly recommend.

Really nice app to handle returns and the support team is fast and efficient! Even if it's pretty straight forward to set up , it's good to know that you can reach out for support and get your issue solved quickly

I was having a difficult time with getting my app downloaded to my store and the support was so patient and helpful to me. Actually they ended up going in to fix it, but I'm grateful they relieved my fustration!

I had issues setting the email verification up since we already had SendGrid verified with our domain. Support was able to walk me through the steps I needed to include the specific DNS CNAMES needed. They were then able to verify my domain on the backend. Great support.

So easy to set up with all the necessary info needed in the app. But if there are any questions support is quick to follow up with help. I also love the added function of branding and making the app look in line with my store. Great stuff.
