Really simple to use. It'd be great if it could integrate with our DPD Uk courier for label generation

I am new to ecommerce and dropshipping, and this app, so far, seems easy to use and set up. It seems to be exactly what I am looking for to automate the returns portion of my stores. Employees are quick and helpful also.

This app is honestly the worst experience I have had. My shop is live and the customers service was terrible. The customer service person told me that the app had functionalities that it didn't. Everything is a manual process, it does not generate the resend order, it doesnt update your qtys.. You're honestly better off doing it through emails with the customer.

Customer support was quick and very easy to work with! I needed my “powered by” removed and they did it within 5 minutes!

I used this app for several returns using my Shopify shop, it really helps a lot with the tracking of the returned items and to control the stock in my shop. Very useful and easy. I really recommend it.
