I needed an option to keep returns organized reliably. This program has done exactly what I needed. The support team is constantly available and ready to help as well.

I use this app to help me stay organized with returns and exchanges. Super easy to use for both owner and customers which is a plus. This app doesn't charge you crazy amount of money to keep the app and i love how you can request to remove the app name at the bottom for free.

Overall, really easy to navigate and learn if new to it. Have been using it for over a year now and don't often run into any issues at all. Had some issues with it just now (page not loading) and got some help from Priyanka - was super speedy with responses and helped resolve it swiftly

Pretty easy to set up. Haven’t started running yet so we will see how smooth it goes. I’m hoping it makes it a pretty easy process

Very efficient. Good / fast customer service. Easy setup. No complaints. Would def recommend and they have several partnered apps too. We use AfterShip Returns and AfterShip. Both are excellent.

I use this app for my returns. The integration is easy, and customer service usually responds quickly.

We did not have a chance to use this app yet. The app appears to be easy to set up. The app has an area to track set up which is easy to follow. No concerns so far.
