Great customer support and assistance with setting up the application! This app has allowed us to streamline our customer returns.

The support has been great! But I want to change the spelling from Center to Centre on the portal which can't be done. We are in Australia and we use spelling centre so it would be great if that could be changed. I would also like to see refund button more visible as I resolved an order before refunding and was not able to go back and edit it. It would also be great to see the initiated return in shopify timeline Thanks for your help Ankush! You were very helpful :)

They can only use Postmen App to print labels, but Postmen App cannot solve a courier account issue within two weeks.

It seems great however the trial was supposed to be 14 days long and it ended a week earlier! hence the 4 stars.

So far so good i have not fully used the website yet. I have yet to use the intergration features. :)

They have the FASTEST customer service support that I came across, I needed help and used the chat option and didn't expect for support agent to answer me right away and fixed the issue within 1 minute, wow! The app does what it says and makes like easier. Thanks, Aftership Team, good App.

The Customer Service is good. But the integration is not that user friendly. I wish this can be incorporated into the account page.

Highly recommend- Love how this app makes the return process so much easier for returns and exchanges. Customers get email updates throughout the entire process so they're in the know about their return. After a few weeks of using the app and having several returns in process, I accidentally deleted the app and lost all my data. Looking back I wish I never panicked because the AfterShip team was able to pull up all my data and get it reinstalled on my store through the app! Thank you so much Samad, Raviz, Manish, Rohit, and Shahvaz!

Amazing app! We started with the free plan which allows you to have 3 returns every month. Once you start getting more returns, you can start with a paid plan.

I used the app to manage returns. I just install it and is working very well. The customer service is perfect, really helpful and quick. An update: I had a doubt about a request of return, and the customer service helped me again in few minutes. Very kind and professional.

Great app! but even better customer support, Ankush did a great job helping me with all my porblems.

App súper fácil de utilizar. Estoy empezando ahora a usarla y de verdad que cumple su función perfectamente. El precio mensual me parece correcto. Por ahora muy contento, todo bien. Solo si pudieran más adelante añadir la opción de "no permitir devolver solo 1 artículo", sería muy perfecto, pero poco a poco. Gracias!
